Does it go by divisional conference record, or overall NFC Conference record, because if that is the case dallas now has 3 divisional conference losses and so does tampa and philly, so if we win monday night we would only have 2 losses. Just wondering since dallas's loss keeps us alive for a wildcard as well! HERE'S TO WINNING OUT!!! Now we have to hope that washington whipps up on philly and philly takes their fustrations out on dallas in week 16! Then all we'd need is for tampa to lose against san diego and oakland. That is if minny doesn't choke LOL!

We are rebuilding folks. Ive never seen out WR corps as depleted as they are right now- and they are most likely going to get worse when Berrian skips town. We have 1 unproven injury prone WR in Bradley and Hester who even if he becomes great diminishes our Speacial teams which has saved us in the past. Then our Oline blows even more now then at end of season we lost 2 starters and word is we are not going after any Marquee names in that field. No Fanaca. Our D line has been injured. T. Velus Jones is not going to be anything. I would not be surprised if he was cut in the offseason. At his age, they touted this maturity and work ethic. The dude is a WR that can't catch and fumbles, which is 50% of his job. It doesn't matter how fast he is if he can't catch or when he does, fumbles. The Gordon that was drafted finally showed up. He was all over the place, INT, fumble recovery, and some great tackling. This is the guy everyone expected. I hope he finishes the season like this. We're not done on the OL. In free agency I think we are at that point where there are a bunch of equally rated players around, and no one wants to be first to pay one. Pace is smart to bide his time. I also think that we will probably be taking an OG or OT in the 2nd round. Don't sleep on the OT position, no ones talking about it, but we may be looking there more than OG. I see at least 2 more players coming at OL before the draft and free agency are over.

So we signed Cutler,Gould,Jennings and Slauson and will sign more shortly....as for needs who do we get with the first pick? I think it will or should be a FS or SS. All our secondary are FA ( Waters, Tillman, Wright, Steltz, Bowman, Hayden) and Conte is just not cutting it

New Orleans Saints wideout Marques Colston suffered a broken collarbone Thursday and will be out 4-6 weeks. With Marques Colston out for an extended period of time. With Colston out for a prolonged period and Lance Moore battling a nagging groin injury, the Saints top two wideouts from 2010 are down. The pressure will be on Devery Henderson and Robert Meachem to pick up the slack in the meantime. Which gives the Bears secondary a great advantage on Sunday.

AM 1000 reporting that Goldman and Fabaluje didn't finish drills today at mini camp. I must admit that it is extremely humid and hot here today and that may have been a factor for these 2 big boys.
