  1. After a disappointing last season I see no reason to get hyped about this year so far. I expected just little more FA signings for more depth and at least 2 starters before draft day. I really believed that we would have signed a free safety with more experience, leadership and pro bowl caliber type. The same goes with an olinemen with the same qualities. I guess we could still pick some Fa's after the draft to fill in where we need too. Maybe the grab a handfull of shit and throw it against the wall to see what sticks theory is going on here. Nfo maybe had it right when he posted about Angelo short sheeting Lovie like he did Jauron. I normally don't agr…

Why in the living hell is #29 on the field at S? Our Secondary is a disaster. U drafted a guy in the 4th who was a team leader. He can't learn the speed of the NFL watching Ryan Mundy and Adrian Wilson. Let's not bring up y we didn't take a S in the first when the best one was there. But anyway. This defense is a pure disgrace. Look at our LBs..... They make me sick.

another thread about how the Bears ownership is cheap or too cautious to pull off big deals. Two years in a row we have gone after and signed the top players available. In that span we now have acquired a top tier QB and top tier DE plus today they went after the best RB and TE available who fit Martz's system and got those two deals done before I even sat down to eat lunch. Peppers was signed before I got to the afternoon coffee break. Wow! You can argue over the quality of the players, bad decision etc. but to say they are cheap I just can't see it anymore.

Can anybody explain the Sheldon Rankins love going on with people? I think he is a good player but does not fit our D scheme. I have seen several mocks having him being drafted by us in the first. Is he suppose to be Aaron Donald? His stats dont show that. Maybe he could be a smallish NT but with Goldman already here, I wouldnt understand that pick if we took him in the first.

  7. After the season, I look forward to this day, and then after, feel so wore out from all the intelligence that has bombarded me. I have an opinion, but it only matters to me. Is it a good draft, I hope so, but nobody will know for a couple of years. The facts; some will hit and some will miss, and I hope its enough to raise my team to something of a glory day I once felt. Since the Cutler trade, I have renewed trust and excitement, that I will be happy most sundays. I dont care if they drafted 8 DTs with our picks or who the hell we get in the 7th round. Whether we added the right piece in FAgency or as a draft pick, it only matters when we win and a 4th round draft choic…

    1) He is going to get shit for throwing 4 INTs, when 3 of them werent his fault. 2) This O-Line is going to get him killed.

  10. Great day to be a Bears fan!!!! Come on Oline lets block some Packer fags and give Forte some running room and Cutler some time to throw!!! Every pass play Woodson and Matthews need to be spoted and someone assigned to them!!!! Everything rest on the Oline's shoulders. Get them ready Coaches!!!!! on a side note anyone else at the game? 1. Duke Robison, OG, Oklahoma ---we need to get younger on the OL, best OG to come out of school in quite some time, fierce run blocker, good pass blocker 2. Auston English, DE, Oklahoma ---face it, our pass rush has been brutal, and English is a guy who never quits 3. Nic Harris, S, Oklahoma ---okay I didn't notice I just have them taking 3 straight Oklahoma guy, but Harris is a big guy (6'3, 230) and he can be tutored by Brown if we re-sign him for a year. He isn't the fastest guy but he's a big hitter and has a nose for the ball 3 (C4B). Vance Walker, DE/DT, Georgia Tech ---this may not be popular, but Walker can play DT if Dusty and Tommie continue to st…

Or should I say "Ticketbastards." Either way, I feel fortunate to be able to haven gotten through and pay just the retail price for Bears tickets. So I'm going to the Washington game on October 24th . . . my seats appear to be almost eye level with the top of the Sears Tower (what the hells it called now?)

Some people in my life think I have intuition, which leads me to being called a psychic, or if I misspelled that( psycho.) I think we trade down with Jacksonville and get 33 and 64 with our first rounder. Jacksonville will trade up to grab a QB they covet. 33-Arthur Brown/LB 50-David Amerson/CB 64-Brian Winters/OG 117-Akeem Spence/DT 153-Khail Holmes/)C 188-Jasper Collins/WR

but at least they didn't embarass themselves tonight. I was really worried they would get blown out. Impressions: 1 - Orton was marginal. I will give him a break since this was his first game back and he had to play in a hell hole. His accuracy, however, must improve the next two games. 2 - Nice game from Url. Good to see him step up on national TV. 3 - Get Hester off the field on offense. Orton has enough to worry about - he shouldn't have to line him up on every play. I want to see Bradley or Hass get those reps. Devin needs serious time in the offseason working at WR. 4 - Win the turnover battle by 3 and lose the game - dammit. How …
