From last season, the Bears lost this much production from their passing game (Mooney, Tonyan, Foreman): 53-603-2 This is what they gained from adding Allen, Everett, and Swift: 198-1868-11 That is such a massive jump in production it would make the Bears have a 4500 yard passer with the difference (145-1265-9) added to last year's passing totals. For rushing totals, they go from: 109-425-4 to 229-1049-5. So 120-624-1 difference there as well. Adding over 2K yards of offense and 10 TDs cannot be understated.

Poles has already established he prefers to build off the draft and fills the middle and bottom of the roster with free agency. He added two blue chip players thru trades. Poles has made four moves so far. All solid depth pieces at IOL , S, TE and RB. He's obviously compensating for lack of draft picks. Since the consensus says we are drafting Caleb, I'm trading the 9 pick. Here goes...

2 years, 12M Finally a real TE2. He is a perennial 50 catch, 450 yard receiver. Now 18M tied to the TE group. If you take Everett's production + Swift's in the receiving game, that is basically 100 receptions a year added to the roster, while replacing Foreman and Tonyan lol.
