  5. After the season, I look forward to this day, and then after, feel so wore out from all the intelligence that has bombarded me. I have an opinion, but it only matters to me. Is it a good draft, I hope so, but nobody will know for a couple of years. The facts; some will hit and some will miss, and I hope its enough to raise my team to something of a glory day I once felt. Since the Cutler trade, I have renewed trust and excitement, that I will be happy most sundays. I dont care if they drafted 8 DTs with our picks or who the hell we get in the 7th round. Whether we added the right piece in FAgency or as a draft pick, it only matters when we win and a 4th round draft choic…

10 team PPR draft We start 1QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE), 1 Def/st, 1 K QB - Stafford RB - Forte, Ellington, Fred Jackson, Terrance West WR - Jordy Nelson, Vincent Jackson, Marques Colston, Torrey Smith, Wes Welker, DeAndre Hopkins TE - Jordan Reed, Zach Ertz D/ST - Cardinals K - Mason Crosby I like my team overall I do feel my weakest spot is RB but it seemed like when I would pick there was better value at WR and I'd already gotten my top two RB's an like the upside potential of West and Fred Jackson just keeps outperforming Spiller. Som trades I'm considering: Colston for Ben Tate would give me both backs should Tate sta…

Offense… We have an oline, even without two of our starters. When Slauson went out and then soon after Garza I was worried how the backups would handle it. Buffalo's Dline is the strength of their defense and for most of the game, even with the backups, Cutler had time to throw and Forte had holes to run through, enough to get a 4.8ypc avg. Cutler was in control of the offense throughout. He must stop the boneheaded decision like the late INT but there is plenty of discussion of that in the other threads so no need to belabor the point here. Jay looked comfortable before the snap, calling protections, and when making audibles and making sure everyone was l…

2012 Stats Bradford - 82.6 QB Rating, 59.5 Comp%, 3702 Yards, 21 TD, 13 INT Cutler - 81.3 QB Rating, 58.8 Comp%, 3033 Yards, 19 TD, 14 INT 2015 Cap Hit: Bradford - $16,580,000 ($3,595,000 dead money) Cutler - $16,500,000 ($19,500,000 dead money) Would you even consider something like this? We get a serviceable QB that at least showed signs of putting it together, except for the injuries. We would get cap flexibility since it is the last year of his contract. We always could cut him later and only take a $3.5 cap hit. If he looks legit, extend his contract and cut the cap hit in half.

https://twitter.com/PFF/status/448821405379870720 In all fairness to reporting news both good and bad... I thnk there is some reason for concern. But, we all know the inherent risk in an aging star. We also know how bad Minny was last year. My guess...the truth is in the middle. He's getting old and won't put up numbers as he did in the past...but it will be better than 2013 and much better than what we did in 2013. Change of scenery has been known to uplift many a player. Consider my glass full with a tiny tasting sip taken.

I'd have rather had an AFC team beat them, but a loss on the Packers just plain makes me smile. Seattle looked damn good beating them. But, like every team...they have a weakness. We just need to find it. Or when we play them in the NFC championship, we need to just get lucky!

Born south of Chicago. Harvey- Evergreen Park area a long time ago. My dad was born and raised in Chicago. Worked at a pizza parlor at night till we moved in 56. Don't remember the name just that it was not deep dish but thin crispy crust. For years afterward our family and relatives would make him cook pies every year or two. Everything from scratch. Dough, sauce, sausage. He would spend the whole day in the kitchen working away. Just sitting here now eating a couple Italian Beef sandwiches from taste ofChicago. When done right my favorite sandwich. I make them myself but don't have a meat slicer. Needed to get the meat paper thin and still haven'…

If we win these last two games and get some help (Vikings loss,Redskins loss and Giants loss) we can be in the playoffs playing again against teams that beat us this year (Packers, Seahawks, 49ers) and get some sweet revenge!!!!

GREAt game GREAT weekend. Was sick saturday (bug from kids) but didn't stop me spending heading out saturday night for some collegeball. Brad Biggs spent 3 hours drinking & chatting with us & had some good things to say in his Chicago Tribune piece. Missed the flag game as I slept late but it was what I needed to get over stomach bug & set me up for the game Sunday. We did however beat them. FREAKIN AWESOME seats first rows of seats behind Bears bench. Bunch of us singing Beardown after every Bears TD & we were noticed by the players as they turned around after the first time. Bears didn't make it easy on us though & was a nailbiter fin…

What a big yuck today. Where we failed... 1. Special Teams. Paging Dave Toub? Where did you go? No Hester, mess ups on FG coverage, and just plain being a non-factor... We were counting on you for 4 straight weeks to at least come through once. FAIL. 2. D. How is it we can look so good, then so bad so quickly? It's been for weeks now! Bumbling around in the secondary like a bunch of Shemp rejects, having the only thing come from Urlacher in weeks is poor sportsmanship, and reverting back to playing 20 yards off the line of scrimmage... When the going gets tough, this team has seemed to regress. I don't expect tunrovers all the time, but I expect…
