  2. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylt=ArJN...p&type=lgns So we move up 5 spots in the 3rd (from 75 to 70). That actually equates to an early 6th round pick. I'll take it. SF loses a 5th and moves down in the 3rd. So we now have 14, 44, 70, and 90 in the first 3 rounds. Mods - I thought this deserved its own thread.

Meh. Let's hope the Bears have a great defensive showing (so far so good), and barely lose.

  4. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/...-as-head-coach/ Very interesting. This means Gase is still out their. If Denver goes with Kubiak, maybe Gase reunites with John Fox as OC.

Seriously. Is there any excuse for this at all? We know that Martz won't have it. Smith is OK'ing it, so he also agrees by assosciation. This is seriously got to be the dumbest thing in any pro sports ever. Why not just say we won't line up any running backs...or play without Urlacher. You know, something that could be anvantage. We're so freakin' great that we don't need all the ehelp we can get...we can just play to wonderfully perfect that we don't even need to line up a QB. It just pains me. I COULD CALL A FREAKING AUDIBLE IN FREAKING HIGH SCHOOL MAN!!!! If the line-up is pass, I'm going to call a freaking draw or something!!! Even Corky f…

I really don't know how Eddie freaking Lacy makes the All-Pro team but Forte doesn't? That is a load of crap and makes me dislike GB even more. I hate even thinking this but if Lacy, Rodgers, Nelson, Cobb, or Jones tears an ACL this weekend, I won't feel sorry for any of them. Then Marshall and Jeffery both getting jipped as well. One of them should've made it. I thought Jeffery had a shot since he was neck and neck with Gordon for most of the season. They probably cancelled themselves out, but D. Thomas made it with Decker and Welker. In the end, we had no national support this year (what's new).

I live here in Colorado and seen Cutler tear it up on the bootlegs with Denver. But we never run it. Every team we played (I've seen all games) runs it against us with success, until we slow or shut it down. But we don't want to run these type of plays because the other team might figure it out after we have success with it. That's the mentality of our coaches "Well we don't want to run it because they might figure it out after awhile". Remember a few years back Lovie said we stop running certain succesfull plays because they were going to stop it sooner or later #*!^@%^#*!!!!!!. And the cover 2 is outdated. The way we play it,it's their 11 ofensive guys against our 9. …

  11. Why does Jay get slammed to the ground with his head pounding the ground but Aaron Rodgers barely gets his face mask touched and gets a 15 yard penalty. Officiating is a joke.

Free agent WR from TCU Jimmy Young continued the tradition of carrying a veteran's shoulder pads after practice by performing the task for Roy Williams who was rebuffed by Dez Bryant last year when he asked the then Dallas rookie to do the same thing. To Jimmy Young's credit he felt that it was his duty as a sign of respect and tradition. Since I have basically deemed Sazenmacher(sp?) the underdog of TC I have to give Jimmy Young an honarable mention because that kind of attitude is rare in a WR nowadays and is quite refreshing. He is a real long shot to make the roster but here's hoping he can make the practice squad.

  16. With the media furore and the fans venting their frustration I hope whoever makes the decisions after the season is over does it rationally and without emotion. The first thing that should be considered is do we want to go through a Chicago Cubs rebuild i.e. Get rid of Emery, Trestman, coaches and playing staff because if they clean house from top to bottom then whoever comes in will change the players. Whether a rebuild is or isn't required should be determined with the following observations: 1. What affect they last 2 seasons can be attributed to Angelo's drafting. If you look at Greenbay the majority of their roster is built from drafting. This gives you more o…

"The negotiations for a new labor agreement couldn't be going any worse. If the past few days, I've spoken to sources on both sides of the labor talks, and I've come to the conclusion that it'll be an upset if there isn't a work stoppage that either delays or cancels the 2011 season. Many of us in the media have speculated about the chances for a lockout and predicted one is coming, but the total lack of progress over the nut issue in 11 bargaining sessions tells me unless there's a sea-change by one side or the other, you'd better savor the 2010 season because it could be the last football we see for a while. At the core of the problem is ownership's demand for…

Seriously that has to be one of Turner's best ideas. It kept philly unbalanced and Kyle was running it pretty effectively. Of course they went away from it later in the game, but I was really impressed with how effective it was. I really think this should be a staple of the offense now.

It has been announced, J. Knox on pup list, if there doing that now, he wont play for 2012.
