Just when I get excited about not seeing Suh anymore, we have to face Ngata twice a year. Gonna be tough to root against him.

http://www.chicagobears.com/multimedia/mul...lip=Y&rn=12 Nice kid, seems like a modest hard worker.

7. At least one key member of the Chicago coaching staff had rookie RB Matt Forte ranked higher than former Illinois RB Rashard Mendenhall. A league source told Scout.com that when Matt Forte went through his paces at a private workout for Chicago and showed his football intelligence during a film session, at least one influential member of the coaching staff was set on adding him to the roster over Mendenhall. So even though Mendenhall was available to the Bears when they made their first pick at No. 14 overall, they opted to select OT Chris Williams instead. That allowed the Steelers to snag Mendenhall at No. 23. Chicago patiently waited until the 13th pick i…

If anyone deserves some luck from an injury perspective, he's the guy. He is my favorite player and I really hope he makes it through the year. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/cs-08...,6134247.column Peace

http://thefootballexpert.com/bures2008nflmockdraft3.html 1st - Much as i hate lineman, i wouldnt mind Williams, since it seems to be the consensus. I would hate to be there at 14 (if he's even there) and see the hometown RB sitting there for us, but also, i have a feeling someone may offer even more picks to get up in front of detroit to get him. 2nd - Much rather have chris johnson or possibly charles in the 2nd over Felix Jones. All three are basically the same size and jones wasnt a starter and is the slowest. also, am really starting to like Kevin Smith, ran a 4.43 or 4.47 at his pro day and you can't deny his production. Most of all i seriously cant stand B…

http://www.chicagobears.com/multimedia/vid...57-c11c6e59eae1 Not that I see him that much these days but I have to say this is the first time I've seen him so relaxed and smiling at a media event. Great job doing something like this for kids and I like the life lessons he put in his book.

I wish we could play against these guys all year! Minny is bad... I wonder how Ponder will do... Great show by Jay and Devin for sure... D did their job well. The Coaching wasn't even bad. We will have our hands full w/ TB. They are as Jeckyl/Hyde as they come. One week, world beaters, the next garbage.

Excellent start for our offense. Better protection for the QB. Forte looks ok. Orton is on target.
