I think Pix and Connerbear are from the Rockford area. I've recently moved back to Rockford after a 15 year hiatus in the NW 'burbs of the Windy City. I was wondering if anyone might be interested in getting together to watch the first and maybe second rounds of the draft. It starts at 2:00pm CST on Saturday the 26th. With a 10 minute limit and picks starting probably at about 2:20pm, that puts the Bears picking at 4:40pm in the first round. The second round should start before or about 6:35pm with 7 minutes per pick and the Bears 12 picks in, it should be about an hour and 25 minutes at the latest before the Bears pick which makes it about 9:00pm for their cur…

Myself & two other people were on seperate computers at noon last Saturday to try & get Bears tickets, with very little luck. I was just curious as to how damn hard it is to get through on these or if anyone had any luck? The only luck was 50 minutes into two tickets for the home opener came up. After trying for so long, I got all excited and clicked "confirm" without looking & went to try & get more. Finally after an hour & a /2 I gave up, and looked to see what I'd bought . . . In 3+ seasons w/ the Bears, Bradley never had more than 18 catches in a season. I don't think he could even get active this year, and then we cut him. He picked up w/ KC, and has very quickly stepped in and stepped up. This past week, Bradley had 9 for 81 and a score. In the last three weeks, he has 18-188-2. Not bad for a guy who could not even get active for us.

This team is 4-5 and with better closing efforts against Minnesota and Detroit, we're 6-3 and leading the division. Not saying this team isn't flawed because it is and they'd likely lose in the playoffs pretty quick. But the NFC is pretty lousy so who knows? Just WIN baby. Just win.
