Link Great article on Mike Brown.

12 days, 14 practices. I think St Clair is getting very close to being our starting LT. I am very, very worried. Peace

We do not need injuries to mount up. Hope he is ok. Checking his knee, ouch.

How did Hanie look? I missed the game and haven't found much online.

After watching only the first quarter in the NFL replay, one thing became abundantly clear: Rex Grossman is scared. Even though he was facing heat the entire first quarter, Rex Grossman was throwing like he had a gun pointed at him. Timid movements, bad mechanics, late reads, and unsure throws combined to make him look rough. With or without pressure, an NFL QB needs to be more pocket aware, needs to understand when a sack is better than a lame duck pass, and what to do to avoid either the sack or the intentional grounding. There is absolutely no mystery why Kyle Orton was named the starter.

that i pulled some BS! But seriously, referring to the new post about wins, i cant see us scoring a TD with the Oline playing like they did saturday

doesnt look like its working....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the PFT rumor mill... RAMS KICK BENTLEY’S TIRES Posted by Michael David Smith on August 25, 2008, 1:34 p.m. Free agent offensive lineman offensive lineman LeCharles Bentley didn’t play a down in 2006 or 2007, his two seasons with the Browns. If he plays in 2008, it may be with the Rams. Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Bentley is on the way to St. Louis to have a visit and a physical today. Bentley was considered one of the best young offensive linemen in the league after his first four seasons, all with the Saints. But he never got on the field after signing a six-year, $36 million contract with the Browns during the 2006 of…

Bucs Work Out Veteran OL Miller Posted August 26, 2008 by Roy Cummings Updated Aug 26, 2008 at 04:40 PM TAMPA - The Bucs have been on the lookout for someone to push Donald Penn for the starting left tackle job and they may have found him. Fred Miller, a durable 12-year veteran who has spent his last three seasons with the Chicago Bears, spent part of Tuesday working out for the Bucs at One Buc Place. The Bucs interest in Miller comes in the wake of their decision to let go of veteran Luke Petitgout. Petitgout was struggling to recover from a knee injury and a lingering back problem and had also earned a four-game suspension from the league for …

Chad Johnson changed his last name to Ocho Cinco? Chad Ocho Cinco (born Chad Johnson January 9, 1978 in Miami, Florida)[1][2], is an American football wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Bengals in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oregon State. Ocho Cinco has been selected to the Pro Bowl five times and named an All-Pro three times. He legally had his name changed from his surname Johnson to Ocho Cinco on August 28, 2008.

Did he even play today? Might as well cut the guy because he is as good as gone at the end of the season. Gentry has seen more action than him. Peace

Well, the Eagles have Foles and Wentz. Does anyone doubt they will trade one of them, probably Foles? That's another team getting a QB from somewhere other than the first 7 picks of the 2018 NFL Draft...

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300000091...s-just-business Interesting story. Hopefully, this doesn't impact one of the teams in front of the Bears. My hope is Cousins goes to someone like Jacksonville and McCarron doesn't go to Browns, Broncos, or Jets.

For those concerned about the lack of trade down options this is interesting. This can be disinformation to help motivate someone to trade up for Mayfield (Buffalo?). Then again they also traded away Ajayi mid-season for reasons unknown. I don't think anybody can predict where this organization is headed right now. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/...re-his-pro-day/

Trade down with Buffalo to 21 & 22 mandatory. ALABAMA 1. Calvin Ridley, WR 1. Rashaan Evans, ILB 2. Anthony Averett, CB 4. Da'Shawn Hand, 3-4DE 4. Tony Brown, CB 5. Robert Foster, WR 6. Bradley Bozeman, C, Alabama 7. Shaun Dion Hamilton, ILB OHIO STATE 1. Denzel Ward, CB 1. Billy Price, C 2. Jamarco Jones, OT 4. Sam Hubbard, DE 4. Jerome Baker, OLB 5. Tyquan Lewis, Edge 6. Chris Worley, ILB 7. JT Barrett, QB Neither are perfect, but I actually would be pretty happy with either draft.

Some thoughts sitting here on vacation watching the WR/QB Combine show. I didn't see everything so just caught a bit here and there. Allen Lazard ran well today coming in at 4.55. If we're looking for a bigger redzone type of target based on what they showed today this draft provides quite a few good options with Lazard being one. Sutton ran well and looked good catching the ball. Toss in guys like Auden Tate and Jaleel Scott too. We could put Simmie Cobbs in that discussion as well. I watched some highlights of him last night and noticed that he never really got separation. He ran a bit slow at the combine 4.64 but he has phenomenal hands and with an…

Would you guys be happy with something like this for free agency: Trumaine Johnson, CB (28) Andrew Norwell, OG (26) Sheldon Richardson, DT (27) Albert Wilson, WR (25) Trey Burton, TE (26)

He's going to sign a one day contract.
