Since he wants a trade, is this something the Bears should entertain?

I happened to be looking for where I could pick up a copy of Trestman's book, seems it's only sold at Amazon.com but when I go to the item page the kindle version (which I don't have a kindle) is 14.95, but the paperback version list two used from 172.20? Why is it 15 bucks as a digital book, and 172 bucks paperback? This does't seem right, does anyone know where to pick up a copy that's more realistically priced?

http://www.kffl.com/fantasy-football/targets/index.php Targets - Receptions Marshall: 28 - 20 Jeffery: 21 - 13 Forte: 21 - 19 M. Bennett: 20 - 12 Marshall is 22nd in the league for targets thru 3 games. Forte leads all RB's with 19 Receptions. It is really nice to see Jeffery and a real TE on that list. This diversity really makes it hard to target one guy. At least we can say Trestman is channeling his inner TalkBears and listening to our advice on spreading the ball around.

All per Biggs. Cohen was a 7th round pick of the Lions, started 4 games there and started another game in 2011 for the Pats. ESPN scouting report- Coming out of college he was 275, he's now listed at 300. He'll pretty much take Minters spot. Interested in seeing what Minter can do.

I am really looking forward to this match up today. I respect Suh's physical ability but I comes across as a bully. Did the Bears draft Long in mind of playing the Lions twice a year. It would be great to see him locked one on one and kick is safe. I think Long 's strength and agility with is nastiness could end up with Suh taking cheap shots and being ejected because the bully boy won't have his own way.

http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown...55772--nfl.html Chicago Bears players say former teammate Israel Idonije was feeding Detroit Lions their defensive calls Eric Edholm 5 hours ago Shutdown Corner View gallery . (USA Today Sports Imaghes) Stealing signs, as Spygate taught us, is not just a baseball thing. And it's common that when a team faces one of its former longtime players, it will change up its terminology slightly just so that player's new team can't gain an advantage. Well, the Chicago Bears seem to think that defensive end Israel Idonije, now with the Detroit Lions, tipped his new team off about what defensive schemes the …

There are some good things that showed up: Peppers is playing better Jefferys is capable of being our #2 WR We showed we still have an offense that can make plays. We kept the best WR in football in check Gould is gold The bad: Interior defense is weak Red zone offense not scoring TDs Paea to 3T and Collins at NT Tillman still hurting the ugly: Cutler being bad Cutler 3rd down efficiency poor tackling ST breakdowns Conclusion: We are a work in progress. I dont think the defense is capable of being great but can still make plays. I think the offense will win some games for us and lose some, we are a flawed team, as…

I was listening to the radio this morning. One of the guests, while discussing the game said something to the effect that there were things that need to be "cleaned up", "corrected", and "coached up". I'm sorry but I can't stand these three phrases anymore. Cleaned up means squat; if a player at this point in his career can't figure out what his game responsibilities are, then they can't be corrected and maybe, just maybe, the player sucks. Coached up to me signifies that there is some amazing exponential growth potential just sitting there. I guess what I am saying is these three overused comments make it sound like that some phenomenal change is sitting there …

A quarter of the season is already over. Lets take a look at the offensive and defensive statistics through the first 4 games of the season. I'll split the offense and defense into two threads so this post doesn't get too crazy long. First, we'll take a look at the offense as a whole, and then the QB play. *Please note that this discussion is about what you have seen through 4 games, what you like, what you don't like etc.. 2013 Bears (4 games) Total Offense (Yards/Game): 12th (352.2 yds/gm) PPG: 3rd (31.8 ppg) Yards per play: 12th (5.6) 1st downs per game: 21st (18.5) 3rd down percentage: 21st (35%) Penalties: 26th (which is good) (15) …

Same thing as the other thread. This is a discussion about what you've seen from the defense through the first quarter of the NFL season, what you like, what you don't like, etc.. 2013 Bears defense (4 games) Total Defense: 21st (384 yds/gm) PPG: 26th (28.5) Yards per play: 28th (6.1) 3rd down percentage: 11th (40%) Sacks: 30th (6) TD's: 1st (3) 2012 Bears defense (16 games) Total Defense: 5th (315.6 yds/gm) PPG: 3rd 17.3 ppg Yards per play: 4th (4.9) 3rd down percentage: 6th (36%) Sacks: 8th (41) TD's: 1st (9) The Good: - The turnovers are still coming - They are doing a better job at getting off the field on 3rd down, …

We played a lousy game Sunday and with NO coming up, keep in mind. NO has played 3 games at home. There only road game they had trouble beating a lousy team, TB 16-14 There strengths are our weaknesses, Graham and Sporles, but keep in mind we have Kromer on our team now. I think Kromer will give us insight that will help greatly. NO have never played well in Chicago. There are coming off a short week. Teams have been able to run the ball against them, we need to pound the ball and hold the clock. Graham will get his catches but the key to this game is stop Sproles and we will be in good shape. Im an optimist, (what did the optimist say when he …
