  3. This sounds interesting. Has anyone seen him play? Websites seem to differ on if he projects as a ROT or LOT. For the record, I have no problem picking a OT in the first and looking at Brown in the 3rd with one of our 2 picks. Linemen are so hit (Joe Thomas) or miss (Robert Gallery). Scouts say: Ryan Clady, Boise State I say: Duane Brown, Virginia Tech The skinny: Forget about quarterback, there are more busts on the offensive line than anywhere in the draft. Clady looks the part, but I’ve got reservations about his tenacity. Brown, on the other hand, is one mean dude. And that’s what I want on my offensive line: a mean dude with an attitude. Yeah, he’s not…

Found this while checking out the Bears website so since it's a bit slow I figured I'd put it up here. If nothing else it should give Nfol an excuse to add 10 more posts to his HOF quest. http://www.chicagobears.com/news/NewsStory.asp?story_id=4492 How well do you know the Bears? Take our trivia quiz By Larry Mayer 1. Who caught Rex Grossman’s first NFL touchdown pass? A) Marty Booker Desmond Clark C) David Terrell D) Dez White 2. http://www.cbs47.com/content/topstories/st...bd-e87f665c4b63 Heath was one of the best small school prospects in the draft and was one my favorites in the draft. I thought he would have been a real good fit for the Bears in the later part of round 3 as someone who can compete at RT/RG. Sadly, he has died. RIP and condolences to his family. Hopefully he died of some sort of natural cause, because you never want to see a guy ruin his name by dying from drugs and/or alcohol.

Broncos signed WR Darrell Jackson to a one-year, $1.5 million contract, according to NFL Network's Adam Schefter. Could've been a nice pickup for us.

I do not post many mocks, but Gosselin is well known to be tops when it comes to his mocks. He has had a fe prior, but I was waiting for him to release his final mock, which he did today. Couple picks that would shock me, and I don't think he is calling for many/any trades. I do sure like who he has us taking http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dw...p.9e92cfd4.html Some surprises and of interest picks KC taking Williams at 5. I have heard before KC questions Clady's fit, so I guess it is "possible" they grade Williams ahead of Clady and Albert, but I have to think KC is going to trade down. NE taking Ellis. I have heard others mention this, a…

The ESPN jock ask's Angelo about the ongoing dispute with Brian Urlacher "Is Brian Urlacher holding a gun to your head?" Angelo's response is, "if he is, it's filled with water." Sounds like Urlacher will just have to make do with what he's got!!

http://chicagobearsfanforum.com/blog/?p=245 The Bears * Mike Florio of The Sporting News rates the ten worse moves and non-moves of the NFL offseason. Who's number 1? The Bears, failing to do anything at QB, something that Florio attributes to the arrogance of Jerry Angelo. “Chicago Bears G.M. Jerry Angelo reminds us of the guy at the end of Animal House who was saying, "All is well," while all heck was breaking loose at the parade that Bluto and company crashed.” As anyone who regularly reads this space knows, I whole heartedly agree. * Josh Alper at profootballtalk.com chimes in on the Brian Urlacher contract situat…
