Im only going to discuss positions of need, not all the guys that are or will be draft eleigible in 2015. Cam Erving: started the year LT, but switched to Center to help the team as that position was an issue. Running game, line protection and offensive efficiency improved. Show how versatile he is and can multiple positions. Keep an eye in him. He came to FSU as Dt and coaches told him his future is at OL, he trusted the coaches, so he's definitely a team player. Redshirt senior, so he's definitely mature and physically ready. Would be a great replacement for Roberto at Center PJ Williams: Guy can cover and play the run as a cb. The Green Bay Packers, Peprah's former team, reportedly released him after he failed a physical on the first day of training camp. We spent 22 mil in free agency so far that brings us to 22 mil. Our adjusted rate is figuring in rookie pool which is high because we have 2 first round picks. Also last year we had 7 mil for in season business. So 22 mil left. We need a WR, and DL,, if not 2. Another C. He may stay with Bates and draft a C which would need to be in the second round which we don't have. I see no high level edge or DT with only 22 mil left . One year deal

We have two candidates for Rookie of the Year and there hasn't been much discussion. On offense we have Jordan Howard. Given the Cowboys record it's likely Elliot wins the award on offense but when you consider that Howard, behind the Bears Oline, is averaging 5.0 yds/att vs. Elliot at 4.9 yds/att he should be in the discussion. Add in the QB carousel the Bears have had and still Howard has been productive. In fact if he'd have played the first 4 game as Elliot did they would likely be close in total yards. Kmet may have just had his worst game as a pro. They are overpaying for a very average TE. Too many drops and penalties for a veteran. DBs should not be able to tackle him so easily. I would consider trading him before the deadline for anything if Loveland is healthy. I really like him as a person, but he continually underwhelms and has seemed to take a huge step back this year.

Just a dumb mans opinion. Offense- D No where do I see anything that I can hang my hat on going forward. QB play has been at best below average. One good quarter and the rest below average. I don't care about stats or other such things. The eye test is just sad. Neither Mitch nor Daniels look like they can lead a team to the playoffs or a long run once they get there. Being a game manager is just not good enough today. Sometimes you have to put the game on the QB and expect him to win the game. I have no faith in either of them doing that.
