Swift Sports Network put out a short video about Poles interest in Jake Witt. Seems he has been in touch with him for over a year, interviewed him, took him out to dinner, etc... Then I read an interview held with him on windycitygridiron.com. I suspect Poles will draft him with one of our 7th round picks or gamble and pick him up as a UFA. One way or another, don't be surprised if this kid doesn't wind up as a special project for Poles on our practice squad.

My best case off season moves; Sign one of the two FA WR Robinson-Watkins! Make a hard play for Norwell. Make a great offer for best CB free agent in their minds. Butler etc. For me please not 25 They should be able to do two of the three and sign some of their own FA etc. For the draft; One of these 5 options should be available at 8, best option based on the above. Draft Nelson, Edmunds, Ward, Ridley, trade down. And if they can't make any trades etc. and only keep Fuller I would use that order.

Looks as though the Jets could be shopping both DT Sheldon Richardson and S Calvin Pryor today. I believe last year we were interested in Richardson (?) but they wanted too much. Our defense has held this team up by the jock strap for urlachers entire career and throughout lovies coaching tenure and anyone who thinks that without lovie the defense would have not been good is crazy in fact I beg to differ that it could have been better... lovie holds this team back from his poor preperations for the team to the poor game plan and to the poor in game adjustments and the poor challenge record... he needs to go after this year…
