Both QBs were drafted in 2020. Last year the Jaguars had the second most money in FAgency to spend. They had picks, 1--20--65--70 took edge Travon Walker, LB Devin Lloyd, OC Luke Fortner, LB Chad Muma. In Free Agency : Brandon Scheff (all pro OG), Oluokun ( ( leading tackler in 2021 NFL), Fatukasi/ DT (above average), Kirk/ WR ( high #2 ), Zay Jones/ WR, Evan Engram/ TE. They needed to rebuild their OL and WR, add playmaker. Sound familiar? They added 2 starters on their OL and Kirk, Jones and Engram. We have more work on defense but offensively we have already started with bringing in Claypool in the mix. The key will be what Poles doe…

The Bears currently have a <1% chance to make the playoffs, but there is a chance. First, they would have to take care of business, winning no less than 5 of their last 6, preferably all 6, which would be more than they have won in their first 11 games. Scenario 1 - Win the last 6 games and 1. have WAS (7-5, 5-3 Conf) lose to at least 3 of PHI, ATL, NO, DAL or TEN, and finish no better than 9-8, and 2. have ARZ (6-5, 3-4 Conf) lose to at least 3 of MIN, SEA, LAR, and SF, and finish no better than 9-8. 3. by winning all 6, CHI would have the H2H tiebreaker against SEA, SF, and LAR. * - Both the WAS and ARZ steps are very possible, winning 6 straight…

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1483161...the-web/page/21 Richardson is the guy who destroyed Fluker - But way undersized unless he is a DE (hint hint 3-4) I think we address the LT in Free Agency and get a new LB corp.

Last year we were the top rushing defense in the league, tied leading the league in interceptions with 22. Other areas we were not very strong. When Sweat got here things started to change. The worst pass rush in the league got better. We lost Justin Jones ( a good player) and Eddie Jackson who IMO didnt contribute anything to the defense. What's different? We will have Sweat for the whole year. He upgraded the play of everyone around him. Kevin Byard is a better player than Jackson. 28 career intceptions in 8 years. A much better tackler than Eddie. They both are the same age and Byard is statiscally better in every area. Young players make there …

looking for some lineup advice full PPR currently have TE Waller @ Miami Flex Mattison Not much out there in FA for TE. J.Smith, Pitts, Godert, Musgrave. Lot of meh. I’m hoping Waller has a good game anthem maybe package him in a trade. Same thing with Mattison. for my flex my bench is: J.Warren, J.Addison, T.Dell, R.Doubs, Lockett, M.Wilson. I’m thinking of swapping out Mattison for Doubs, or Dell also thinking of picking up Dowdle to handcuff Pollard.

157 yards on 20 carries, 2 TD, 2 receptions, 12 yards. There have only been 18 games since 2002 where a player had 150+ yds, on 20 or less carries, at least 2 TDs, 2 receptions, and 10+ receiving yards. 16 players to do it, Tomlinson and Jonathan Taylor are the only 2 to do it twice ( from 2002-2022). The last 5 before Herbert were Taylor x2 (20/21), Aaron Jones (20), McCaffrey (19), Chubb (19), and LeSean McCoy in 2016.

  17. So it seems that the offseason moves have improved pretty much every facet of the team. If you look at it from a high level, on offense, the passing game should be improved, and at worst, the running game should be the same. The Bears added Moore, Wright, and Davis, as well as Foreman, Johnson, Scott, and Tonyan, and really only "lost" Montgomery since losing Mustipher is an upgrade in itself. If the offense is better and has some additional TOP, then the defense will be a little more rested and potentially get off the field a few more times. On defense, the run defense was historically bad. With the additions to the DLine and LB Corps, the run defense should be…

Torn Achilles. At his age could be career ending. Regardless of what the Bears fan in me thinks about him it does suck to possibly end your career that way.

Now has 48 receptions for 622 yards and 5 TDs on the season. That is the most for a Bears TE since Kmet's 719 in 2023 (on 73 receptions). In the Super Bowl era, Dikta, Dewveal, Bennett, and Kmet are the only TEs in Bears history to have 650+ receiving yards in a season. Desmond Clark had 626. Loveland is having the 2nd best season in Bears history for a rookie TE, only to Dikta's 1,076 yards and 12 TDs in 1961 (in 14 games which is insane). Loveland also has a +43.2 REC EPA, 3rd to only McBride and Kittle. McBride has 161 targets, Loveland has 69.

  20. I want) a great pass rusher, that would add so much to the defense, could be DE or DT. Tyrek Williams or James Pierce Don't want) Shemar Stewart, I hate players with no production Surprise) Matt Golden, this team is missing that one speed merchant Ben had in Detroit. He is now rated in the teens. They do) trade back and get Kenneth Grant or Walter Nolen. I think they need one more rotation guy at DT. Billings -Jarret-Dexter , missing the 4 th DT
