After seeing today's games, it is evident that they should wait until the season is completely finished before voting. If you think about it, there is no reason to do it with 2+ games remaining with the Pro Bowl being played AFTER the Super Bowl. Urlacher would almost be a guarantee after his last two games: 8 tackles, 1 Fumble Recovery, 2 Sacks, 2 Interceptions, 2 Passes Defended, and a Touchdown. He is now the only player in the league with 4 or more Sacks and Interceptions.

Listening earlier today, I caught an update segment on the SCORE. Terry Boers is reporting his source inside the Bears says that Lovie wanted to hire Martz and that Jerry veto'ed the move. Peace

year after year after year after year- incompetent offense. Its so damn depressing. Then this year I watch some of the preseason games and the defense looks like crap, and with this draft it looks like the management blows. The only bright spot is special teams and that's even in jeopardy becuase they are trying to make a HOF return man a wider reciever because they are too imcompetent to draft and bring one along.

I knew he would not get off scott free. I knew he would have to serve jail time. What is surprising to me is that he agreed to a 2 year sentence. What an idiot. All reports said that at one point, he was offered as little as a 3 month sentence, and if he accepted that deal, he would already be out of jail. Instead, he is only now about to begin a MUCH longer sentence, and while he hopes for different, in all liklihood his NFL career is over. Anyone still upset we didn't sign him?

GMs, I have renewed our annual TalkBears Fantasy Football Keeper league, which is now entering its 15th season (which is crazy). At the end of last season, there were 9 GMs that said they would be returning. It is pretty funny when they talk about a drop in production, but the guy had half as many targets as he had the two years prior. So of course his receptions and yardage would be down. Every WR on Miami had a down year (maybe the QB's fault or the game plan?). Funny that they cut Hartline and Gibson, are looking to trade Wallace but are keeping Jarvis Landry and his 9.0 yds/rec which is less than their TEs (Clay/Sims). Hartline seems like a durable possession guy.
