  1. Agreed. I think he is done as a pro. I just hope he can live a normal life outside of football. I hope he invested/invests wisely. I'm not sure it has anything to do at all w/ mental. I think physically, he simply is more than likely shot to play at this level.
  2. I admire the consistency!
  3. I agree with your agreement.... I hope by saying utilizing Hester in ways not done before, it means correctly. Let him focus on ST. Put him in the mix to run deep, or a few quick slants...and see if he can open up more w/ Marshall and Bennett taking some of the better coverage away from him.
  4. Much appreciated!
  5. Draft is end of April? Then when does camp open?
  6. In Denver, Fox will let Peyton run the show. I'm not sure Harbaugh would. I'm certain that played a factor.
  7. Karma will be a bitch. Hopefully the cycle takes them down and brings us up...
  8. Interesting. Thanks for posting that.
  9. Oddly enough, I demand $10 million annually. Sadly, my employer pays me far less.
  10. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/...y-craig-steltz/ Bears re-sign safety Craig Steltz Posted by Evan Silva on March 16, 2012, 5:37 PM EDT AP Vaughn McClure of the Chicago Tribune reports that the Bears have re-signed safety Craig Steltz to a two-year contract. Steltz, 26 in May, started five games last season and forced a pair of fumbles. He also set a career high with 53 tackles. Chris Conte and Major Wright project as the Bears’ starting safeties in 2012, but Steltz makes for a solid No. 3 option and also contributes in kickoff and punt coverage. Steltz recorded ten special teams tackles last season.

  13. Sounds like he'd be a decent part of the mix...as long as the price is right.
  14. I really don't know... Anyone seen a lot of Wembley to give it an honest take?

  16. I hear ya. He also can play DT, so as a rotational guy or to spell a few guy, he's really a decent signing. I'd like to see if we're in the market for Wembley tomorrow...
  17. Seriously. Emery is really adding a lot of fuel to Toub's tank....
  18. Sounds like a sound signing. he needs to shine. Doesn't sound like it was for tons of loot.
  19. I'm assuming that includes the rookies pool...so that gives us about $10M+ to work with FA's... Maybe we can restructure a few deals to open more space...

  21. I like. options were drying up... It'd be nice to see what a 2012 OC can do with him.
