  1. Whatever. I was just providing another opinion from Pompei. It really doesn't matter because he isn't coming back. I don't feel he is worth more than the veteran minimum. You do. Peace

  3. I agree 100 % percent and said in another post that I would cut Weems as well. Peace
  4. I absolutely believe Hester is not worth any more than the vet minimum. I believe it is time to move on. Peace
  5. I would cut Weems. Peace
  6. I want the best kicker for the team. I don't care if it's Kevin Butler's kid or not. Peace
  7. I would pay him vet. minimum to stay. That's it. Great player in his prime but he has already been paid. Peace

I remember seeing this. I don't think Hester will be back and this guy could be his replacement. Peace
  9. They also gave him a 1-year extension in the middle of his contract. Peace
  10. From week to week, he did not practice because of his knee and missed the Giants game because of it. Peanut is a great player and I would love for him to play for the Bears until he retires. That being said, he should not be paid more than he is worth and I believe that amount is no more than 2 years, 5 million total. Peace
  11. Double Z said on the score that of more concern was his lingering knee injury that kept him out of practice and made him miss the Giants game. I love Peanut but he is 33. He is not worth more than a 2 year 5 million dollar deal to me. Peace
  12. Good read - thanks for sharing. Peace
  13. Peanut will most likely end up playing 1 to 2 years with another team (Tampa most likely) and then sign with the Bears for a day so he retires a Bear. I hate that but he's not worth more than 2 to 2.5 million a year now. Peace
  14. I get this feeling they are going to cut Earl Bennett. I will go with Marques Wilson. Peace
  15. This 100%. Peace
  16. He did not make his life any easier but, if he can make an impact, I want him on the Bears. I don't care what his skin color is, his sexual orientation or his religion. Peace
  17. I would absolutely love this pick, Peace
  18. I am a huge fan of both gentlemen. Congrats to both. Peace
  19. CJ Fiedorowicz went to high school about 20 miles from where I live. I got to see him play in an IHSA playoff game at our local high school. Kid is a beast. Although I know it is not a need pick, I would love to see him on the Bears. Peace http://www.hawkeyesports.com/sports/m-foot...icz_584905.html
  20. The Bears missed 41 starts on defense. Plus, you forgot to consider Nate Collins who became the starter when Melton was lost. He missed 11 games. Effectively making it 52 starts on defense (9 behind New Orleans). Peace
  21. I'm going to agree with this. Peace
  22. I am very disappointed Briggs walk away from his leadership role the last two games and left his teammates to defend themselves with the media. I will not be disappointed if they find a way to get value for him. Peace
  23. I don't care if he's Butthead's kid. I only care if he makes our team better. Peace
  24. My takeaway from this article is I want the Bears to lock up McCown for the next 2 years as backup. I love his loyalty. I would give whatever is reasonable to keep him. He needs to stay. Peace
  25. 92.7 versus 89.7. That one field goal cost him 3% this year and he is still above his average. if you don't count the 65 yard field goal, he has made 13 consecutive field goals over 50 yards. Peace
