As much as I would love to have a QB like that, how do you justify trading those assets for that salary. We are already in the cap hot basement. I would think the nfl will announce some type of leanancy to keep the league from a massive dump of contracts. It may be wishful thinking, but the majority are going to be in trouble. The Bears next season will be a mess anyways, so maybe it can be a blessing to push the reset button. I hate the thought of losing Hicks and opening a huge hole, maybe the glue of the D.

WR is supposed to be a strong class once again. This has been the case the past few seasons. I think the Bears can put this down to 2nd or 3rd round. We found a gem in rd 5, but Mooney is best suited as a 3rd/slot.

I give into the early hype every year until they rebound back to their normal suckage. The coach really created a mess but I'm sure he had the blessing from GM to bench your highest paid man. He will need to rebuild trust with both Wentz and Hurts because I don't see how the Eagles can carry 33 million in dead cap if Wentz gets traded. Eagles big issue was Oline, which was mainly from losing 5 of their guys. As for Pace, he has been pretty poor at top talent, pretty good in middle rounds, but overall didn't pass the test.

The only thought on Quinn is it seems no matter who plays opposite of Mack they struggle. You would think it would be a benefit.
