Ok lets see if I can help with those 3. In regards to Hester 1st he is due a base salary of $1,857,523 with a Signing Bonus of $750,000 and a Misc Bonus(typically this is a roster bonus due June 1 or July 1 roughly) of 250,000 to make the entire cap hit of $2,857,523 If cut prior to that Roster bonus we would not have to pay the base salary or the Roster bonus, to make the total we would pay is $750,000 saving $2,107,523 With Spaeth he has a base salary of $2,000,000, a signing bonus of $333,333 and a misc bonus of $100,000 If we assume that misc bonus is indeed a roster bonus then if we cut him prior to that roster date of June 1 then we would be on hook for $333,333 and we would save a total of $2,100,000 With Kellen Davis he is due a base salary of $2,400,000 a signing bonus of $1,350,000 and a misc bonus of $100,000. If we assume that misc bonus is also a roster bonus then if we cut him prior to that roster date of June 1 then we would be on hook for $1,350,000 and we would save a total of $2,500,000. I have said it a couple times that I am in complete favor of letting both Spaeth and Davis go for sure. I would also look for Hester to leave also. We might be able to trade either Kellen Davis or Devin Hester but we can't expect much in return outside of salary relief and maybe a conditional pick. Also keep in mind Hester has said he is contemplating retirement. So if we straight release all 3 prior to the roster date of June 1(I believe) then we would save a total of $6,707,523. Does that answer your questions?

The cap is supposed to be slightly higher than last yr but very minimal change to. But once again that won't actually be set until the new league year begins. When that begins I can update. Give me a few I will explain Davis, Spaeth and Hester Hopefully you understand. If you don't, don't feel to bad its extremely difficult to fully understand. I still don't completely understand it all the way. I do a ton of research on the cap to try and understand it as I am very fascinated by it.

Keep in mind that this is the current roster as it stands not including any guys that have signed future/reserve contracts. Also the Cap for 2013 is supposed to be around $120M but nothing is finalized until new league year starts. If you have any questions regarding any of the guys on here just let me know and I will do the best I can to answer any questions.

Great idea
-
So we take there DC and they take babich. Seems fair to me dont u think lol
-
Not sure what to think. But sure is very interesting
-
It is that time of yr where front office ppl sit around the phone hoping that it don't ring
-
I wasn't counting urlacher as play maker. My play makers i was talking about is peppers(aging but still very effective). Melton(becoming a stud interior DT) and of course briggs. The D is old but can still play at an elite level and everyone has nose for ball. I think its a great situation cuz he is inheriting a top 5 D and can change schemes in a yr or 2 if he wanted as many of us believe SMC would be great fit for a 3-4
-
Going by matt Bowen he believes it personnel. He was forced to play alot of cover 2. And they couldn't blitz cuz there secondary couldn't cocer anyone. I do have to agree. That defense didnt have any play makers at all. At least here he is walking into a great situation. Play makers on line at LB plus 2 pro bowl CB and a couple decent safeties. Here i think he could run any style 4-3 based D and succeed. Im hoping for some more aggresiveness. More stunts on the DL and some exotic blitz schemes coming ftom both LBs and secondary guys
-
Now that's impressive resume both as player and coach. How could anyone not like it lol. Im seeing a good combination of both NFL and CFL guys. Veey intrigued to see it put together on tge field.
-
I wouldn't say its gone. Matt bowen said last yr he ran a lot of cover 2 but his biggest problem was personnel didn't really allow h to disguise coverages
-
Draft time last yr he mentioned many times that he thought rg3 would have better career. Guess i would have to see full comments made. I don'thave problem saying he was 1 AA coach to win. Its a fact
-
Im not gonna call him racist cuz of rg3 over luck. Many ppl were split between that. I think the rule is stupid and ppl making a fuss about should examine things. League has become an offensive league. Almost every HC that was hired has an offensive background and the majority of offensive minded candidates out there were primarily white. It sucks but facts are facts.
-
I agree. I love RG3 but i don't care qbs who make a career with running. I dont mind the occasional scramble when needed but there shelf life isnt that great. I prefer a pocket passer who has the ability scramble if need beto
-
Considering the personel we have i agree mel is best fit
-
Wow that was some hair when he was with MN lol
-
Please elaborate. I've never heard him be racist. Truth speaking but not racist
-
Im willing to bet he wont fall out of rd 1. Any takers. Gonna take more than this(non criminal story)
-
Personally i would say go draft someone in college. They have a ton of guys who can run the wildcat without the circus that tebow would bring
-
He has supposedly worked out with qb gurus q couple of times now to fix his poor mechanics yet still has same very slow developing throw and to think we are gonna completely fix the OL issues in 1 yr is a bit naive. Sorry if im not a person who thinks tebow can ever become a franchise qb. We already have cutler. Why bring in a qb who wants to be the starter not a back up
-
Are we forgetting that dude cant hit an open receiver 5 yds down field. Dude cant throw. Russell wilson can throw big differenc. We all should know that the 1st bad game cutler has fans and media will start screaming for the benching of cutler. Lets be very careful what u ask for. Personally i don't want him unless hes willing to change positions and i don't see that happening
-
Breaking news is Touisospo(sp?). Has confessed to the whole story and te'o knew nothing. Now can we get passed how he is a wretched human being
-
I was completely blown away when i saw that calendar part. That's incredible to actually take the time to do something like that
-
From everything I've read it sounds like we will stay a 4-3 so i seriously doubt horton comes to town. Just a guess but im thinking hoke as DC
