I would definitely leave it alone. He is young and will get stronger each year if he's doing his work. Our season completely depends on our OL coming in "in shape". Hopefully a sense of urgency has been established.

This year, they should have a choice of a clear way to help. When the entire right side couldn't perform lest year due to injury and terrible replacements, three is no way to provide help for Leno or replace him. So, we signed a swing tackle and a starting guard. That plus leaving Daniels and Whitehair alone will solidify the right side and place Leno in the crosshairs. Definitely love the mauler mentality. NFL defensive linemen will steal his lunch money though. He has a good two years of work to do before he can even make a practice squad, IMO.

Just watched the video. He has two good qualities, strength and mean streak. After that, he has no speed and the lateral agility of Frankenstein's monster. Unless they can unlock his hips, he'll be absolutely useless.
