  1. I think with the QBS that would be available in the later rounds, it would just be a wasted pick. Training camps will be limited because of beer virus and they won't be able develop one this year. The competition between Foles and Mitch will go a long way in painting the QB room for the next few years. Mitch is still there developing QB. Next year they have all their picks and will have some answers as if Mitch is going to be here next year.
  2. That would be an excellent draft but there is no way Jackson drops to 98, he's a top 50 player all day.
  3. Adam , I don't have a premium account but follow them on Twitter and I just click on the link and it let's me do trades. After you do enough of them is shows many different scenarios that a player drops to us. I have had Ruiz, Delpit,Hamler and Austin Jackson drop at different times. It's never the same players if you make the same pick selection.
  4. What's nice about this site it gives in depth player profiles, I have not tried PPF yet . I'll give it a go.
  5. I've been using the THE DRAFTNETWORK draft simulator and it's the most realistic one I've used.. if you trade the 43th pick to Cincinnati for 65, 107 and 147 , it always accepts that trade. I've been using FIRSTPICK.COM but the trades are unrealistic.
  6. I like the Devin Duvenary 0ut of Texas
  7. The first 4 picks are excellent but picking 2 DTs doesn't make a lot of sense since we have depth in the Dline . I don't see us drafting 2 WRs either.
  8. I think Delpit is the second S off the board and will not make it to us. I think Chinn is a high risk being a great athlete from a small school . Insert Adam Shaheen?? .
  9. I think out of all the higher WRs Reagor has the best chance of being there for our pick. I would have no problem picking Jalon Reagor at 43 Then pick Chase Claypool at 50 and make him a TE. That would add lots of speed to our offense. Then grab Antonio Gibson later in the draft as a combo RB/ WR.
  10. I just seen a post where we have met with Brycen Hopkins 3 times so far. Anyone remember if we actually drafted people we looked at before the draft?
  11. I think those picks align very well with the opinions we get on this forum as far as positions of need.
  12. We have 1 signing left in FAgency for a 1 yr deal worth 3 to 4 mil. Who do you choose? Now keep it realistic as to the player. For example : A Clowney pickup would not be realistic. I think Eric Reid would fall in that category mainly because of his conflicts over his political stances. Last yr he had a 130 total tackles and 4 sacks I think he would fit in well here. That's who I would choose.
  13. A lot of times fresh starts can be good for a player. All those penalties are a mental issue, so now he will be forced to work on the problem. Also new coaches can have a positive affect on a player. Hopefully he gets it done but if not at least you have a cheap swing OT with lots of experience. This still leaves the option open if we don't draft a OG high , Bars is still in play.
  14. I like the draft, I picked a few different names than won but it's a nice draft. Picking Runyan after picking Lewis didn't make sense with Ifedi, Bars and Coward already on the roster.
  15. Also he signed for the vet minimum 885, 000 against the cap. That is a hell of a deal for a player that started 60 games at 25. He has upside much more than Ted Larson that we signed last year.
  16. You got me on that one, I forgot I did that , your kinda using strong language calling me a ( turd). Just joking, I haven't heard that term since I was in grade school. Since both of us don't get each others sense of humor, I'll quit responding to your posts if that makes you feel better.
  17. Seriously you're correcting my grammar and you're asking me if ( I'm okay). Psychology today magazine did an article about people that correct grammar on social media. It's very interesting, I think it was Aug edition but I'll find it for you. You seem to be the only on here that cares about shit like that. If that bothers you, they have medication for that.
  18. I meant if we don't have a winning record this year. Although Pace has only did a C+ type job, the combination of him and Nagy are 20-13. Constantly rebuilding doesn't work well either.
  19. Hard to know. People like Peppers and dare I say clay Matthews at 34. Keep playing well in a lesser role. Hicks has had few injuries in his career, maybe 3 - to 4 yrs contributing.
  20. A lot of times they pull Goldman in rush situations and put in Skine . They change up a lot, they don't want to wear out their studs. All the snaps that Hicks has gotten over the last 2 yrs contributed to him getting hurt I think. He needs to be about 70% and not the 85% they have been playing him.
  21. I agree with the QB position but I think we might have to do that next year. This year we have two that will battle and see who takes us to the playoffs. If not there will be a new GM that will start over. Bray is back because this year the 3rd guy won't be up to speed with the offense. I doubt we draft a kicker but love the first 3 picks, don't know enough about Gordon to say ya or nay. We have backups on the team that could step up and play well, it seems like to many people dismiss that possibility. Tolliver, Bars, Bush.
  22. I watched that , he makes a lot of sense. The nickel back and SS both need to be good. Skine isn't big but he's physical. He played well last year.
  23. One move we could do is play Skine at CB2 and put Shelley at nickel. Skine is not a big guy but he as experience at the off CB and is physical.
  24. I was reading about and watching tape on Delpit, he's rated as a potential all pro type and he would be a good pick. I agree that the field S ( they call them field and boundary Ss now )would fit his strengths. I think Delpit is more ready for the NFL over Kyle Duggar and Jeremy Chinn, both small school teams. There is several Ss left that could help us. Jefferson, Reid, and Jones. all a little older than you would want but if we could get one on a 1 yr cheap deal , it would free us up to go best player available in our first 2 picks I think Delpit might not be there at 43 . My favorite scenario is still move back and get 2 extra picks and grab a speedy WR, , OT, RB and TE. Get a S and CB in the 5th if available at those portions of the draft. Denmark hasn't been very visible but maybe he's ready to make the roster as a backup now. He looks like a S but if was good enough to compete at CB that would be a big deal.
