  1. It doesnt state that information, but I would say roster for the regular season.
  2. there is a 100,000 roster bonus, 2.4 sal and 1.375 mi. signing bonus that will turn into dead cap if we cut him.
  3. You are RIGHT again, we traded for him and that is the contract we assumed. I can see with you around I am going to have to research all comments before I make them. No room for casual statements on here.
  4. Its listed on Bears contracts(Rotoworld), I dont do a lot of investigation on lower end of the roster players.
  5. I recorded all the Bear games this year and Webb did get better, but being better doesnt make you good. (When are you going to start the M. Webb fan club) sounds like you have another prospect for the club. Keep looking I am sure you can find a couple more.
  6. good call
  7. I think Austin will be a good player, but one of the OL players will drop probably one of the ones you mentioned and we have to take him. We can no longer wait to improve the line.
  8. I am not sure how much of a nightmare this would be. Minter is in many mock drafts a 1st round pick, and has overtaken the great Te'o in some rating, so not such a reach. McDonald will be a 2nd round pick by someone, and would not be a reach at 50 Bailey had been noted with talent but because he didnt run great at the combine has been downgraded. Another player than may or may not be good, but will probably be a 4th round pick. here is a nightmare draft BPA draft. #1 Xaiver Rhoades/CB/FS #2 Matt Barkely/QB/USC #4 Jordon Mills/OT/LT #5 Michael Williams/TE/Ala #6 Will Periack/DT/Colo We dont address our needs till middle rounds of draft.

Actually I was giving you a compliment, I am just always kinda of a smart ass.
  10. We have Frey,Lewis, and McManis signed to 2 ye,2y, 4 yr contracts respectively. I would say we already have our NB on our roster. They must have plans for at least McManis to give him a 4 yr contract.

Wow you got that post right, Im proud of you.
  12. Yep he thinks he should get a big payday, the problem is his stats dont say( Im worth it.)
  13. I guess the new GM for the Chiefs didnt get the memo that Alberts has chronic back problems.
  14. Competition creates passion, and u have that
  15. we have competitive debates, that I like
  16. I was just kidding
  17. I thought you thought I was one of the better posters on here, keep in mind, I am real sensitive
  18. Your opinions create chatter as well as mine, it wouldnt be as interesting posting here if you werent here.
  19. Your right, I feel he will be better than Webb, but if Webb ends up beating who ever is there, I am all for it. We just differ on his ablitity

  21. Since things have become clearer with the Bears tagging Melton. Whats next? We restructure contracts for players that will be here for a while. Marshall, extended three years, Jennings extended 3 years, Gould extended 2 years. Bennett extended 2 years. We resign Idonije for one year, Collins for 2 years, D.J. Moore for one, Melton for a 5 year 39 mil deal, 6 mil against cap this year. we cut Davis, Hester, Spaeth, Toenia. We sign in FAgency Brad Jones/MLB, Daryrl Smith/OLB, (worked with Tucker in Jac) King Dunlop/LT (a better LT than Webb)read the stats (to whom it may concern),Chase Daniels/QB (ties to Kroner) We trade down with AZ to get #38,69, and a 6th rounder. Our draft #38- Larry Warford/OG (a starter from day one at LG) #50- Markus Wheaton/WR (our speed guy) #69- Travis Kelce/TE 4 th - Brian Schwenke/ C/ California (need to start thinking about replacing Garza) 5th- Tyrann Mathieu/CB (takes Hesters spot on Returns) 6th- A J Francis/DT/Mar (replaces Toenia in rotation 6th- Kyle Juszcyk/FB/Harv (will need a FB in our new scheme) Note: this is what I would like to happen, not I think will happen. Rodrigez and Kelce become our TEs Our OLine- Dunlap, Warford,Garza,Carmi, Webb Wheaton becomes our 3rd WR Mathieu becomes our KR,and PR and we end up cutting Weems Daniels and Blachard are our backup QBs
  22. Your right, he does it more eloquently than you do, it is well written.I agree with his points, other than I think it is possible(not probably) to get a LT in FAgency that doesnt break the bank.
  23. We dont have like minds, but you are right on with what our first pick should be.
  24. I read that, it would be interesting if we took a DB with our first pick. I would think a player in a more pressing need would be available
