Chicago (9-6) at Detroit (4-10), Sunday 12:00 pm
Cutler gets very little credit, and this offense would be much worse without him.

Unless we make it to the NFC Championship game, I don't see him staying under Emery.

We normally lose these types of games. I remember the GB game and HOU Game 16's we lost in recent memory.

AND THAT IS AN UGLY CHICAGO BEARS WINNER!!!
I can't see him keeping his job if Minnesota wins. 10-6 just gives us the worst draft position for non-playoff teams. If that happens, Lovie needs to bring a bus, take his staff, Hester and Davis with him. Also, no 2,000 yards for Megatron - denied!

At least some of the other players showed up. Bennett over 100 yards, Forte over 100 yards, Cutler with no picks. Does Lovie keep his job? He now needs a Vikings loss.

Surprising to see Detroit's TD scoring drives of 80, 80, and 95. The takeaways sort of masked that.

F*ck these refs, that was BS. I hate Stafford and his acting. This is garbage. So the receiver puts his head down and Wright hits him at waist level, and that is a penalty?

Just cut Hester, he is worthless.

I hate the Bears 2 minute Defense, no pressure as Detroit walks down and scores with ease.

Damn Mare, can't even make a 43 yarder, ugh.

Why would they throw a WR screen into 6 DBs on that side?

Bell runs hard, I like how he hits the hole and moves the pile.

Wow, that was nice, a 55 yarder to Jeffery and a 60 yarder to Bennett, wow!

Typical Bears, O-Line penalty making a 3rd and Long, ugh.

That seemed to be a case of trying to change the play after seeing the defense and not having enough time. It looked like a run up the middle and they had 9 in the box.

Bears fan problems
All we can do is beat Detroit.

Bears sign Nolan
He also got hurt in a meaningless game. Lovie could've easily played some of the younger guys to see what they could do.

Bears are going to have Salary Cap room
Two-fold, one - their performance doesn't even warrant league minimums, and two, that is low compared to other team's starting TE's.

Bears are going to have Salary Cap room
Possible cuts or reduced deals: Hester - $1,857,523 Davis - $2,400,000 Spaeth - $2,000,000 Gould - $2,325,000 (injury watch) Podlesh - $1,300,000 Possible restructuring: Peppers - $12,900,000 Tillman - $7,950,000 Cutler - $8,470,000 Marshall - $9,100,000 Davis and Spaeth should be automatic. That is over $4 mil. Gotta figure out what to do with all the UFA's: Urlacher, Melton, Roach, Spencer, Izzy, Hayden, McCown, Hayes, Moore, Bowman, Okoye, Scott, Mare, and Campbell

We also have a few existing contracts to take care of, so I don't know if we will have all of that available for free agency.
