Trubisky time. That's enough.

This is what a 3-13 team looks , like so much for a positive attitude. Time to let Glennon visit the bench for the rest of the season.

I don't even know if playing Trubisky now would be a smart thing. This game is over, and the players have already quit.

In essence this is a rookie playing! No recognition of coverage ,blitz and staring down receivers!

Precisely. Might as well get Mitch some experience against a starting defense.

This game is over. There is no reason not to get Trubisky some playing time. If Fox doesn't put him in at some point, he loses all credibility with me.

Peace :dabears

If they insist on keeping Glennon in this game, they need to go DEEP. At least once early in the second half. Right now the Bucs don't respect the Bears passing game at all, and are daring them to go deep. I swear this is the same as it was under Shoop.

I was thinking the same thing.

If you put Trubisky in and he :

-fails, so what? Same thing Glennon is doing.

-does average, perfect. He gets experience.

-succeeds? Excellent, we know he have a player.

The worst possible scenario for Fox and the front office is putting Trubisky in and watching him light it up. It makes their Glennon signing dumb (it was) and their decision not to start Trubisky poor (it is).

Putting in Trubisky now while the game is out of reach I don't think is a smart decision. Tampa's defense is licking their chops right now. They know the Bears have only one option, which is to throw the ball. Trubisky would get killed the way the line is playing right now. I think you have to wait until next week.

Completely disagree.

If you wait until next week the OL can be blamed for everything. It can be used as a Glennon crutch. The only way to know if Trubisky will succeed is to put him in games.

Maybe the Bucs' D won't be as quick to react if the QB has mobility? Or if the Bears run more misdirection and play-action?

Players are dropping like flies, and Tampa is blitzing on nearly every snap; I worry about the protection of the quarterback in this game. I don't want to get him killed. He may get in at some point in the 4th if the game is 30-0, but otherwise, you are probably better off waiting until next week when he can have a full week to prepare.

BTW, Floyd looks like crap. Doesn't seem fast enough off the edge, and gets man-handled on everything else. Slowly moving to bust category with White.

I honestly can't remember a time when I thought, "The Bears' coaches really killed it this game. They totally outcoached the opposing coaches. They developed a scheme that exploited the opponents' weaknesses while magnifying our strengths."

Has it happened in 20 years?

They are not coming back in this game so have Trubisky run the normal offense to simply get some time under center. It cannot hurt.

Winston would have thrown 3 picks today against any other defense that wasn't the Bears. Fuller drops another easy one in the endzone. His accuracy is really bad.

They just need to get out of Tampa with no more injuries.

And Sitton is heading to the locker room. Smh

4th and 10 and Glennon looks for the 5 yard in route to Zach Miller. The sooner I no longer have to see this man take another snap in a Bears uniform, the better. One of the worst free agent decisions the Bears have made since Pace took over as GM. Complete waste of time. Most of us called it when it happened.

At least Gentry got come catches today. Hopefully, he can stay in the lineup.

It's hard to believe the injury situation has returned. This season looks like it is already over.

Peace :dabears
