Mongo tried to explain why your opinion that chip blocks cannot help when the blocker is being pushed back, losing his anchor, was incorrect. (BTW, he was correct.)

You were banned once, not for simply saying someone's opinion was stupid. It was for repeatedly flaming other posters who disagreed with you.

When I tried to "moderate" you, you attacked me.

I banned you.

Several posters who weren't involved in the flame wars, but were tired of reading all the nonsense, sent me private messages thanking me for banning you.

I actually received advice from another admin on the forums when I gave you such a short ban. Actually, it was in the form of a question. I was asked why I didn't issue a permanent ban.

So the solution is simple.

Stop taking offense when someone disagrees with you. Accept the fact that we all have a right to our own opinion without having to defend it.

And most importantly. If you don't like being insulted, don't insult other posters and expect them to accept your flaming response without reciprocation.
