Add that to the fact that one of their strong suits is pass rush, and the Bears' major weakness is on the OL, then it's a recipe for a lack of success. I think it's a POSITIVE. We all knew Cutler wasn't coming back in. But I think it was a clever ploy to ensure Collins never gets back into the game.
