Favre should NEVER play for the Bears, or the Vikings for that matter. Vomitous was the word he used. I completely agree. It's vomitous to consider the idea if you are a Packer fan losing Favre, or a Bears fan possibly gaining Favre. I know it's completely unrealistic, and will never happen, but it's mostly because Favre should be smart enough to know that playing for either the Bears or the Vikings would be a gut-punch to all his most loyal fans. The good - GB getting their arces handed to them. The bad - How much more pathetic does last weeks debacle look when GB looks so damn bad tonight? The good - One less team tied w/ us for 1st place. The bad - We have to play NO in a couple weeks, and watching them own what was considered an elite pass defense worried me what they can do to ours. Okay, thats enough. To hell w/ it. Would he be something to look into? Granted, his crimes were bad. But, he did serve his time...and we tend to be a forgiving nation. Would Vick be of interest to us? Back-up Kyle? Not sure how I feel, but on some level, I have interest. I hated what the guy did, but if he served his time, etc... I know leopards tend not to change their spots, but jail time is one thing that can sometimes make a difference for some.
