Now that we've all thanked Forte for his many contributions to the Bears for the last 8 years it's time to figure out who we are adding to the roster at RB. There is no way a RB focused coach like Fox is heading into the season with Langford and Carey as certain #1/2 on the roster, and with no clear 3rd option. I don't think there is much love for S. Perry among the coaches. I've seen no signs they are very interested in re-signing Jacquizz Rodgers, although he might be offered another 1 yr deal later in FA. While they will be looking for Langford to assume that #1 role I can't see Pace or Fox just handing it to him. There will be some competition for the job…

I saw a few here talking about Lofa Tatupu and how they shoud look at going younger. Reading around about this kid is that the opinion is he would make for a better SLB than a Safety. 3-2 in 2025, should be 3-1 this year, that Week 1 loss to McCarthy still stings. Still feels great to get a win and go into the bye at 2-2.

I hate Rodgers. If he's hobbled the Bears should blitz all game and put a target on him. The Packers' OL gets away with more holding than any other team. This is the only game I actually want to win.

Now I wont say we are a bad team but I want to point out this. We can NOT win games kicking field goal!!!!!! Once again we had too many opportunities in the red zone just to come away with just three points. Despite the other teams score....if we cashed in on our chances in the red zone I feel this 0-2 start we are now in would be 2-0. Now the other problem I see is that our DB are not being coached to win. We have gotten way to many pass interference calls to succeed. Ball and Fuller need to be taught how to turn and look for the ball. Against the Packers they could have had two ints and the same against the Cards. With all the new bodies on the club, I am curious who everybody thinks will have a breakout year that was already on the team. My choice will be Cris Williams-We are in dire need of a new return man and I think he carries that torch. He has speed to burn, he will also contribute at WR as our 5th wideout. With all the new players, he will find a place to succeed.

Any pick, any round, what would make you mad, either if the Bears picked them or passed on them (assuming they are available)? At this point, if Donald, Pryor, or Clinton-Dix are there at #14 and the Bears don't take one of them I will be mad. I would reserve the right to be retroactively OK with it depending on the pick (Dennard, Gilbert, or Mosely) how the rest of the draft shakes out, but in the moment, I would not be happy.

I have always like him and the effort that he brings and he is one of those dominant type of players that it maybe nice to add him to the defensive mix.
