Has it been confirmed that the Bears will be going to a 3-4?

The best way to try and gauge how Pace will draft is to see how the Saints drafted while he was there and how both Denver and SF drafted with Fox as well as Fangio in SF some stats. NO with Pace(since he is drafting for whole team) I did 10 years of overall positions QB 2 RB 3 FB 1 WR 9 TE1(Jimmy Graham) OT 7 OG 4 C 1 DE 5 DT 5 LB 9 S 6 CB 8 K 1 P 1 SF with Fangio as DC I'm doing defensive draft picks only to see how they fed his defense. DT 1 DE 3 LB 7 CB 6 S 5 Denver running the same projected scheme that we will run under Fox drafted this way: Again defense only DT 2 DE3 LB 5 CB 3 S 2 In our projected defensive scheme it seems like th…

Didn't see this and was surprised. Chip getting one of his former Oregon boys.

I hope we aren't about to give him big money. He wasn't really all that great last year. If this is more just bringing a stabilizing veteran who can help teach some young safeties while we clean house, fine, but lets not tie a bunch of money up in Rolle. We should be aiming higher, imo.

The draft goes: 1. Winston 2. Williams 3. Fowler 4. White 5. Beasley 6. Ray Mariota is there at 7 and Chip Kelly comes calling. He offers his 1st (20), his 2nd (52), and something next year to move up. Pace happily accepts. 1.20- Landon Collins, S, Alabama 2.39- Eddie Goldman, NT, FSU 2.52- Bernardrick McKinney, ILB, MSU 3-Hronis Grassu, C, Oregon 4-Sean Mannion, QB, Oregon St. 5-Shaquille Mason, OG, GT 6-Jamison Crowder, WR, Duke 7-Deshazor Everett, CB, TX A&M

This mock by far has got me the most excited. Sure we missed on Oline, but defensively this would be a great building block. I would be happy with this outcome. 1-7 Amari Cooper WR - Hands down the safest 1000yd/yr capable prospect 2-39 Landon Collins SS- Marked as the best S in the draft but he is a tweener FS/SS. 3-71 Xavier Cooper DE/DT- Projects as a 3-4 DE, which after McDonald, Jenkins, and maybe Houston theres not much depth. 4-106 Marcus Golden OLB- pass rushing talent to step in 2016 5-142 Durrell Eskridge FS-big physical FS who could step in 6-183 Ladarious Gunter CB- nice size and speed to develop

In 3rd? I love Eli Harold. .. but any step toward cutler's departure is promising

How about La'El Collins? Although we REALLY need help in the secondary.

In round 6. ESPN had him ranked as the 321st best player in the draft.

I'm not nearly as optimistic as Jeremy Stoltz is regarding our running game. I'd love for him to be right and I do agree that the pieces we have on offense are not that bad. We know we can't protect the edge of the pocket on med-to-deep passes and Cutler will never be a good quick-release short-route QB so if running up the middle works have at it. If running anywhere works keep going there. http://www.scout.com/nfl/bears/story/15601...d-for-a-rebound

Wells was a 6th round pick in this years draft. Pats are a pretty good drafting team. Wells is freak athlete who, if coached up properly, could be a guy. Runs a 4.4. Came from a damn good Mississippi St. D. Kinda liked Groy, and the move comes with a little surprise after an Ola injury. Guess they still have Leno, Fab, and Grasu/Montgomery as backups (along with Ola when he returns).

Here is my projection based on initial cuts down towards 53: QB (3) 6 Cutler, Jay 8 Clausen, Jimmy 12 Fales, David RB (4) 22 Forte, Matt 36 Langford, Jeremy 35 Rodgers, Jacquizz 25 Carey, Ka'Deem WR (6) 17 Jeffery, Alshon 19 Royal, Eddie 11 Bellamy, Joshua 10 Wilson, Marquess 80 Mariani, Marc KR/PR 81 Meredith, Cameron TE (3) 83 Bennett, Martellus 84 Lee, Khari 86 Miller, Zach OL (9) 64 Montgomery, Will C 75 Long, Kyle G 68 Slauson, Matt G 74 Bushrod, Jermon T 72 Leno, Charles T 73 Tayo Fabuluje T 67 Mills, Jordan T 55 Grasu, Hroniss C 62 Ducasse, Vladimir G …

Supposed to be a really good teammate. Has injury / concussion issues, which some say are why he has been blackballed from the league. Personally I think he'd be a good guy to have around. Knows how to win.

http://espn.go.com/blog/chicago-bears/post...-alshon-jeffery If a contender loses a QB, I think it would make sense. I still think the Texans should trade for Cutler. He is light-years better then anything they have.

Ever since Ditka put on GB colors in commercials, the Packers have not won.

Was watching the Giant's vs Cheatriots and the potential go ahead TD for the Giants stood out to me. Beckham has possession, with 2 feet in the end zone, then the ball is ripped out by the DB it's ruled no catch.... That brought me back to the Lions game where Golden Tate barely had possession for even a split second before it's ripped out and intercepted. Yet Tate is awarded a TD, Beckham is awarded and incomplete pass. Can someone explain why Tate's was and Bechkham's wasn't. To me if Beckham's wasn't neither should Tates. I know the rules get muddier and muddier with each "judgement" call. But that play last night reinforces that we got screwed.

Saw a tweet about it today!!
