For the first time in a long time, the NFC North gets a decent break, playing two of the weaker divisions in the league. We draw the AFC South and NFC East, which are the two divisions with a potential 8-8 Division Winner. With this info, we need to be all in for next year, as I don't know when we will get this type of opportunity again. It also figures that we could have up to 3 NFC North teams in the playoffs next year. GREAt game GREAT weekend. Was sick saturday (bug from kids) but didn't stop me spending heading out saturday night for some collegeball. Wow, SF and Kaepernick look good. Glad to see the Cheeseheads out of it. Now Clements becomes available, if Emery deems him worthy enough. GB doomed themselves by losing to Minny in Week 17. A win and they would've had a Bye last week and a home game this week. So much for Rodgers being the savior that can win any game on his own. Nothing can help a defense that bad.

Green Bay announced Dom Capers as their new DC. So, it looks like they will be switching to a 3-4 D. Most likely not right away, but they will probably work in the 3-4 as Dom Capers is a 3-4 guy. They will be only the 4th NFC team to run some form of the 3-4. This scares me because I still don't trust Turner, and not sure if he can make adjustments in his schemes to face the 3-4.
