To kick off the season, I threw together an official TalkBears shirt! http://teespring.com/bromance And yes, I know it's hilarious.

at 50 if we don't have a LB prospect or DT prospect that is a good fit and a QB prospect is there I would pull the trigger especially if it Geno Smith. Getting him at 50 is great value and insurance for another Cutler injury. I'm not 100% comfortable with Mc Cown and Blanchard as 2 and 3. I want a QB in this draft but just like passing on Floyd and Ogletree in rd 1 passing on a Barkley and Smith at 50 is the same.

I will be in Chicago this weekend and have tickets. However, I may not be able to go. Would anyone like to buy my tickets if I can't go? They are nosebleed seats. Section 433, row 18, seats 1&2.

Okay, I realize everyone wanted Lovie gone. I did too. After taking a day, I began to think about some positives. Several of the positives are based on "what ifs," and we will have to see what comes of the near future situation. But this is why I am not as upset today. 1. I don't like Lovie. Frankly, I was never high on him from day one, and felt we went to the SB in spite of him more than due to him. With that said, we did go to the SB w/ him, so regardless how much credit any want to give, it is possible. I think the key more than Lovie is who is below Lovie. An army can have a so-so general if it has solid majors, captains, sargeants. 2. As much a…

Hey all, After 35 years in NYC (I grew up outside of Chicago), in September, I moved to Phoenix, Arizona. It's great here. MODs: I'd love to change my display name to "BearFan PHX" if possible? I could always make a new profile if necessary, but I'd love to keep my stats, and either way I'll keep the Willie Galimore jersey! And when I do change my name, I thought all of you, lovers, haters and indifferent alike would want to know that it was still me, and not someone new. That's all Mods please let me know? Thanks!

Last year I bought lemonej3 and lemonej2 whose birthday is 9-27 matching Forte jerseys. I'm thinking matching Marshall jerseys since lemon 2 played wr and stands 6-2, but the jerk grand pa in me says get them opposing cubs and sox jerseys since lemon 2 is a staunch cub fan and lemon 3 is only 3 years old and doesn't reall know the whole deal. I personally root for both teams because I think 2 chances at a World Series is better than 1. So the question is do I repay lemon 2 for some of his situations he put me through by buying lemon 3 a White Sox jersey or do I go with choice one and get them both Marshall jerseys. Your input is welcomed and please make me laugh with yoi…

  12. I have followed the draft long before social media but, this year is completely different. Every Blog I have clicked on several so called Bear fans are saying trade Fields and draft Bryce Young. First of all this QB would be like Tua in game 1 and why are these fans not thinking, we have a qb on a rookie deal, lets build the team and see who our QB is! Seeing all posts and comments on the Blogs and Posts has me drained right now!

The NFL regular-season schedule will be revealed at 6 p.m. (CT) Tuesday on NFL Network and NFL.com. At the same time, the Bears’ schedule will be posted on ChicagoBears.com. We already know that the Bears will open the season Sept. 13 on NBC’s Sunday Night Football against the Packers at Lambeau Field. In addition to home and road games against NFC North rivals Detroit, Green Bay and Minnesota, the Bears will host Arizona, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and St. Louis; and visit Atlanta, Baltimore, Cincinnati, San Francisco and Seattle. The Bears have the easiest schedule in the league in 2009, based on their opponents having a .414 winning percentage in 2008. That nu…

http://www.chicagobears.com/news/NewsStory.asp?story_id=6086 He's saying he's fine but then says it's only 50/50 that he'll play? Bullshit. If they hold him out and his "replacement" gets burned a few times and we lose our opener to Green Bay, I'll blame Lovie! He's your top dog out there on the corner, don't waste time with the other guys.
