Ok for those of you who have been to games at Soldier Field recently I have some questions. Dad and I are still planning on going, and I picked up a regulation clear plastic bag that meets the 12x6x12 size limit. The items I'm considering bringing: 1 small Sony camera with extra batteries and memory cards 1 larger Sony camera with a telephoto lens that is under 6" so it meets the guidelines. Several AA batteries and memory cards 1 backup battery for my cell phone. 2 ponchos (if it looks like rain in the forecast) 1 small blanket (possibly) Since your not allowed to bring a camera case, can the cameras, batteries, and cards be stored in the cle…

Could be bullshit, I have no idea. But this is the first indication that the Bears might be thinking about going the cheap route and using the cap dollars on positions other than QB. We've debated that extensively elsewhere and I'm officially on the fence. http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/Bears-...-offseason.html Take it for what it's worth...

Well we hopefully will get the answer to the big question. Is the Cutler going to get that long contract? If he dominates I would think he gets a pretty good contract. If he plays like shit Im not sure what would happen. If he plays decent then I would lean to the Tag. Three options: 1. He dominates the rest of the games 2. Plays decent or a little better then the beginning of the season 3. Looks like crap, almost Cutler in the Lovie era (which im not sure is possible) What do you guys think will play out with each option?

  8. By Brad Biggs, Tribune reporter 8:50 a.m. CST, December 30, 2013 Ten thoughts after the Chicago Bears’ season-ending 33-28 loss to the Green Bay Packers. 1. It will not be easy to move past missed opportunities in this Bears season. There were plenty of chances to finish better than 8-8 and just one game’s difference would have meant a division title ahead of the Packers (8-7-1), who clinched the NFC North for the third straight year. The Bears lost on the final two weekends of the season when they knew before kickoff of the Dec. 22 game at Philadelphia that a victory locked up the division. There were losses in four of the final six games, including the overt…

DB evaluating isn't my area of "expertise" but we need em, so I think we need a thread about em. Justin Gilbert ran the fastest 40 at 4.37, he's 6 foot even but has some of the longest arms in the draft at 33 1/8, only Keith McGill has longer at 33 1/4. If the Bears fill out their DL in FA Gilbert looks like he could he has the length and speed to hang. Announcers are raving about him. Darqueeze Denards measueables don't look that great, an inch shorter than Gilbert and his arms are 3 inches shorter. He ran a 4.51, which announcers say was good enough.I loved him early on, for the most part just because a nickname like "Mr. No Fly Zone" makes it sound like you'r…

Fanspeak has a (do your own draft) This is how the lastest turned out for me and I basically going with BPA 1-Greg Roberson/OT/Aub---------he was there so I had to take him-Bushrod to RT? Mills goes inside? 2-Stephen Truitt/DE/ND-best DL on board at tie-athletic with upside 3-Cris Borland/MLB/Wis- still there and could start day 1 4-Anthony Johnson/DT/LSU- not top rated but highly respected, will play first year 5-Antone Exum/S-CB/VT- could play either position a good valve here 6a-De Thomas/Ore-adds to a already good O 6b-M. Huff/S-CB/Wyo-can play either position- good stats and good speed Now its your turn to show what you go…
