Brian Urlacher wants to deliver knockout blow to Minnesota Vikings By Sean Jensenon November 11, 2010 2:25 PM | Permalink | Comments (2) | TrackBacks (0) Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher recognizes that his team has a unique opportunity Sunday at Soldier Field. The rival Minnesota Vikings are coming to town, and the 3-5 team is desperate for a win. Does he want to bury the Vikings? "I hope so," Urlacher said. "I think 3-6 would be tough to come back from. The NFC's wide open but it'd be tough to come back from that. "That said, it's going to be tough to get them to 3-6. They're playing better, they came back and won in the fourth quarter, but we …

I think I know the replies already (similar to when Moss was out there) but for some reason I am intrigued by Al Harris being available. But then again I am a fan of Lovie's too so what kind of credibility do I have right.

Being stationed in Turkey means my chances are limited to see the Bears (no matter how crappy they are). The link I have provided below allow you to vote to see which game will be viewed by the people serving overseas on AFN (Armed Forces Network). The last three weeks, I have had the Saints shoved down my throat and I can't take it. Please vote everyday, send this to you friends, family, co-workers, and class mates. Even if you don't like them...we ALL LOVE THE BEARS...I just want the chance to see them. I miss yelling at the TV. Thank you for voting and for your support back home http://myafn.dodmedia.osd.mil/FansChoice.aspx

The Bears' jerseys no longer have the big intials GSH on the sleeve as a tribute to Papa Bear. If they do maybe I need better glasses. Did I miss something or is it just guys are altering their jerseys? Anyone else notice this besides me.

NFL.com released a list of the Top 100 players of All-Time. The list is at http://top100.nfl.com/ . The Bears on the list are: 5. Walter Payton 10. Dick Butkus 19. Bronco Nagurski 22. Gale Sayers 33. Sid Luckman 48. Red Grange 58. Mike Singletary 59. Mike Ditka Certain people who have played for the Beloved Bear have been ommitted from the list. The one that strikes me as amazing that he is not on the list is Dan Hampton. He was the heart and soul of the greatest defense ever and he's not in the top 100 of all time? Yet they throw Joe Namath who is the most overrated player in the history of the NFL if not sports at 100. You can argue stats…

So.. first let me say hey fellas.. it's been a while.. So I was reading an article on the tribune site and there was mention of Todd Collins being elevated back to #2 over Caleb Hanie.. I nearly lost my cheerios and had to find a place to vent! I have never ever been so disgusted with a Bears coaching staff than I have with this one, and the Bears had some extreme losers at the helm over the past 18 years or so.. I'm no fan of Cutler, although I still can see why they would stick with him. However, Collins is an NFL reject that had about 1/2 a season of success in a 16 year career. To put him over Hanie AGAIN has nearly made me reconsider my allegiance to this …

http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...,7544443.column What this is, if you don't want to click it, is pretty much David Haugh ripping Cutler. Now, I understand every QB has a bad game here and there, and I've been Cutler's BIGGEST supporter. At some point, however, when will he be considered a bust? Even when he had a great OL in Denver and made the Pro Bowl, he threw only 7 more TD's than INT's and made the PB because of an injury. The last 2 seasons, he's started out 3-1 and 3-0, and it's been downhill from there. How long do they give him? If he throws 8 more TD's the rest of the year and another 18 INT's, is this his last year? Do they give him next y…

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writ...-9-3/index.html NFL Power Rankings (cont.) 21 Last Week: 17 Chicago Bears (4-3) The Bears are our lowest-ranked winning team, and they're even beneath .500-club members like Oakland, St. Louis and Washington, as well as the losing Chargers. It's the two home losses to Seattle and Washington, and the fortunate season-opening win at home against the Calvin Johnson-led Lions that I can't ignore. But a win this week against Buffalo, in Toronto -- still can't get used to that one -- and Chicago will force us to reconsider its standing. Not a ton, mind you. But some upward adjustment will be made. Promise, Bears f…

How can you not challenge that fumble on the goal line? It was clearly a TD.. But of course lovie challenges the obvious not in the endzone bennet play.

I am in the Air Force and stationed overseas. AFN, the broadcasting network for the Armed Forces, has a Viewer's Choice where we pick the game seen overseas. For the last 3 weeks, Bears' fans stationed overseas have been stuck watching the Saints against the Bucs and Browns. Right now the Saints are winning again and I can't take it!!! What I ask of my fellow Bears' fans is go to AFN Fan's Choice and vote for the Bears vs Bills. This would allow all the Bears' fans serving our country to watch them. I thank you for your time and your vote. Let's do this the Chicago way and vote early and vote often. --BearsFan74
