Bears | Tillman's status for Week 1 uncertain Comment (0) Thu, 10 Sep 2009 07:18:55 -0700 Brad Biggs, of the Chicago Sun-Times, reports it is not known if Chicago Bears CB Charles Tillman (back) will be allowed to play in the team's Week 1 game. CB Zackary Bowman is expected to take his place in the starting lineup if Tillman can't play.

The above is a real good piece and it is the way I feel. I was really bummed about losing Fewell but am excited about what the team is looking at on the offensive side of the ball. Plus the Patriots Dcoord is now available and you never know, maybe the Bears could go that way (although the %'s are probably like 1% that they would consider him).

I never know what to make of training camp. Last year Chiefs fans were nervous about Mahomes because he was throwing too many INTs in camp. He turned out ok but others, like Alex Smith, turn into a Checkdown Charlie. That can look good in camp until the real games show up and you can't stretch the defense well enough. Ignore all the mocks from guys who don't have inside knowledge. We now know how the GMs ranked the NFL prospects this year. Now that they're positioning is known, who would you have drafted? 1. Reilly Reiff - OT - Iowa: I'm still amazed the Bears took, at best, the 4th rated DE, one who comes with question marks addressed by numerous publications, over the 2nd rated OT with minimal downside. 2. Profootball focus did a study of the top rated WRs and there catch rate. He tops the list for the last 3 years with a .0315 drop rate. The worst was Roy Williams(thank god he is gone) with .1435 % drop rate. Marshall finished with (in three year span)a .1155%drop rate. He did have shitty QBs in Miami,so I guess we can look for improvement.

Was listening to the score before the pregame and they gave me an idea. Bad Bears Bingo.
