Per 670, Urlacher won't take one year deal at 2 million and the Bears are moving forward.

One writer on Rotoworld has us ranked as the 7th best roster in a power ranking going by the personal on the teams at this moment in time. Evan Silva-Pre-Draft NFL Lineup Rankings Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Im just a plumber(a moron) so I am not sure how to link the article from the site. Maybe Terrtool or Alaskan Frizzy can help.

Blast the list all you want, but here's a list of reasons why the Urlacher move was bad: 1) It hurts the clubhouse. Urlacher was an undeniable leader to the team. 2) It hurts with potential free agents. Urlacher is a respected figure in the NFL and his opinion has weight with other players. 3) His leadership will be gone on the field. Now the Bears will have to transition to another play-caller who doesn't understand the calls or personnel as well. 4) The Bears are hindered in the draft. Where before they could flexibly target a LB, now they pretty much have to get one in the first two rounds. 5) A majority of the fanbase is not happy. Like it or not, …

Bears sign blocking TE Steve Maneri to a 2 year deal. Fun fact: he's Blake Costanzo's cousin.

Looks like this guy might be doing some volunteer work at PFF lol Just gotta hope I can come up with 25 dollars to buy an NFL rewind subscription. This site really needs a catch all thread, I feel dirty posting this in a new thread but I thought it was fantastic news and something Jason would love to hear. Gonna piss a lot of people off by there being no real news here lol

Round 1: LB Arthur Brown - With Cooper off the board at 20. This is a no brainer Brown is a team leader and fantastic athlete Round 2: Trade Down late for a 3rd OT/G Kyle Long - Pedigree and all. I dont think he gets passed Philla in 2nd, but who knows Option 2: OT/GDallas Thomas - Very versatile can make our Left side top notch Round 3: C Brian Schwenke Impressed at Combine - 31reps Round 4: WR Kenny Stills Super speed and played for a winning school Round 5: LB Zavier Gooden Crazy speed 4.47 and reps 27. Great Athlete Round 6: CB Steve Williams Please Dont scrutinize the value of trades, just for shits and giggles

RT @seankjensen: BREAKING: #Bears are expected to sign former Buffalo Grove and Notre Dame safety Tom Zbikowski, according to sources. Yawn

  18. Started by Wesson44,

We are signing guys to our roster to help out on special teams and in the secondary. but some of the players we have gotten have some experience in the punt/kick off return area. So is this a sign for Hester to get his act together or be replaced? We have the following Tom Zbikowski http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHfyjYU8oTA...A09067C76C8F102 Tom Nelson Lequan Lewis Eric Weems Earl Bennett has done some returns as well

  19. Started by Stinger226,

The draft will fill some of our roster spots, but other than the first two rounds, how much will you be able to count on them for major contributions. We still have some roster spots to fill that has to get done. We still need a backup QB. I think McCown is the logical choice, due to our comfort zone with him and he will be cheap. Also Campbell could come back but after paying him 3.5 mil last year , I dont see him playing cheap. Unless its a high draft pick, I dont see us getting our #2 in the draft. Other possibilities, Kolb, Grossman, and Brady Quinn. conclusion: Campbell will cost to much and didnt look good last …

  20. As per PFT. Althogh he's visiting with the Cowboys and Lions. The Dolphins are also interested. Offensive guard is one area with have not addressed in free agency. (which leads me to suspect we plan on starting Carimi at guard). It would be huge if we could add Moore to stabilize the line. Although he plays at RG which means we'd need to move either him or Lance Louis to LG (assuming Louis resigns.)
