So, everyone is so down on the Bears' WRs. I happen to think the bunch isn't actually that bad, but they simply don't get much chance since the line has done so poorly, the running game blew this year, and the QB play has been as inconsistent as Bea Arthur's bladder. Nonetheless, there are two guys who are available for big money, but are pretty much sure to produce. 1. Randy Moss - I'm sure the Pats want to keep him, but what would it take to go after him? 2. The man speaks the truth. He was interviewed after the game and said "The defense isn't what it used to be, we haven't figured it out obviously because it would have been fixed by now." He's the leader of the defense and I love what he says. He was the only guy who played physical all game long, and he seems to be the only player that doesn't give vague answers. I wish we had more Mike Browns on this team..

Watching the Giants in the SB knowing full well that we should have beat them in Soldier field. I will even go farther and say that if we beat them they don't make it to the playoffs. Thinking about that game there was one play that stood out - Devin dropping a beautiful pass from Rex when he had 10 yds on the defenders. He catches that pass, we win that game. Despite the 0-3 start I've held that I like the young players we have. Injuries have forced some into action sooner than expected with some negative plays as a result. Instead of the flashes of goodness we've seen in the first few weeks this week it was about consistent execution. I'm curious, after going through a plethora of mock drafts over the past few weeks, what our draft board should look like. I haven't really gotten that deep into it yet but there's been alot of mocks that have been posted here lately. If you were to put together a 10-12 player 'Big Board' for this team, what would it look like? Let's assume the obvious that Luck, RGIII, Blackmon, Kalil, and Claiborne are all off the table. "Big D&%# Nick" comes up big. 2.5 quarters with Trubisky generated 10 points against a terrible Falcons defense. He also gave them great field position on his interception. 1.5 quarters with Foles generated 20 points. He also had a TD taken away when Dennard took the ball away from ARob in the end zone. So it could have been 27. Night and day difference running the offense.

Somehow, someway. 5-1 after 6 games. The defense has been elite. The refs have really cost the team a ton of points. Nagy needs to just be the HC and we need a new coordinator.

What a crazy roller-coaster season and game for that matter, perfect for 2020. It has come down to a 2-game season. The Bears need to win both and hope ARZ loses one of their remaining 3 games (winning right now).
