Bingo. Quick release stops the insane pressure. I think they may have attempted it once, and the pass got deflected due to crummy blocking. Sadly, we appear not to learn from our mistakes. Either the ones from a day ago, or a decade ago.

The Bears are who we feared they were... All kidding aside, here's what I'm walking away with: 1. The defense played great. The old men did well. Also Shae had some good plays. Tillman especially impressed me. 2. Webb could be the worst OL in the history of the NFL. jason has been 100% right the whole time. 3. Kellen Davis is useless 4. Michael Bush was a great pick up 5. Cutler cannot beat the Packers. I want him benched earlier if he keeps up the mistakes. I don't care that the OL stunk. A lot of it is still on him. I'm over seeing him get killed. At least let Campbell take the hits. 6. Marshall showed why he had the most drops last season. He's fantastic, but he's shown so far that he's not clutch. 7. Earl Bennett, fight for the ball. You're smarter than that. 8. Smith still won't change a plan regardless. I will let this season play out, but I reserve the right to despise him. 9. Emery needs to draft and/or acquire OL. 10. Dammit losing to Green Bay constantly is depressing. I may need to see a shrink. I seriously wonder if we'll ever beat them again. I'm not seeing it. Thanks for the hollow promise Smith. Glad you are failing miserably at your #1 goal as head coach. I need a drink. ...or twelve. It's only one game. But it sure was telling.

Apparently he hasn't had any against Green Bay ever. I will assume we will lose to Green Bay indefinitely as long as Cutler is under center. Or we get an entire new and improved OL...or a new head coach...or... Green Bay owns us. I accept it. Time to try to just beat the Lions and Vikings because we are not in the same class as GB.

I pretty much right with you. I was a few years after it first came out. Also, given I live in California, I either had to get it or go to a bar. Since I'm an accountant, I crunched the numbers and it was far cheaper for me to get Direct TV and the ticket than go to bars to watch. I also factored in the cost of cable, and comparatively speaking, the cost is virtually the same. However, the customer service at DTV is superior to any cable company I've ever dealt with. Plus, every year, I bitch and moan to a rep and they severely discount my NFL ticket. I think DTV is the way to go hands down.

Indeed... Get the Bears jerseys! There's a better chance of any Bears player becoming a legend upon retirement...and will always be considered a bear. Odd are in baseball, the guy will get traded next year. Plus, Bears are just better than any other team in Chicago. ...I just look for an excuse to post that video! I loved Carlin and think that skit was one of his best! Anytime I get into a discussion over baseball and football, I can't help referencing that! I totally like and respect baseball. But it ain't football! I'm biased, but I say you can't go wrong with Bears jerseys over any other.
