  1. Sorry, couldn't resist the set-up! I could care less. Hell, Olin busted a teammate's jaw...yet he's a gritty leader. Jay must've f'ed every single NFL player's, former player's and media folks' sisters...because he is just plain hated for some reason. He's not the first jerky QB ever. He's not even the worst. But, he sure gets treated like it. If I ever ran into Jay, I'd ask him to flip me off and tell me to F off. That's what I want out of him! Not a personable guy. Individuality makes the world go around. I love me some guys like Walter or Flutie (who I had the pleasure of meeting one time at a Chargers TC and was impressed with how much time and effort he took into talking to each and every kid that was there) that'll give you the time of day, but I also like the McMahon's and Cutler's of the NFL world. Some guys just don't want to buy into all. And as long as they perform and aren't criminals...I'm good with it! As in music...Paul McCartney has his place...and so does Johnny Rotten. Both are brilliant at what they do and make the music world a far better and more interesting place.
  2. Lovie has his issues, but those instances aren't them.
  3. I imagine there'll be some change. Also, aren't we expecting a decent bump up in the cap next season? We have to lock in Hank, Url and Jay as well...if not some others.
  4. I thought only Jay was supposed to push people?
  5. Seriously! Actually, including a stay the Four Season...if there was such a place in Jacksonville...but you probably could get a local's only tour from Fred Durst.

  10. Get ready to open the checkbooks Phil... Cutty and Hank need loot.
  11. mmm...jugs machine. Sounds fun.
  12. Amazing. I felt the same about Cowherd. Glad to see he's calling it like it is.
  13. Agreed. Sometime you exchange some body blows with an opponent before going in for the kill shot. The key is that they went forward and not backward like previous games.
  14. Exactly. Newsflash...he's a rookie. And he's doing good things often enough at this point. By the 4th quarter of the season, my expectations will be higher.
  15. Knee jerk response for media guy that doesn't do his homework...
  16. Agreed. I mentioned to my buddy during the game that Jennings sealed that Briggs return. Great hustle. Smart and hard play by Jennings is making him really shine.
  17. NICE WIN ALL AROUND! Top to bottom...other than the damn screens to Hester...
  18. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/4685/matt-forte According to FOX's Jay Glazer, Matt Forte (ankle) will play against the Cowboys Monday "barring a freak setback." Per Glazer, Forte is "healthy and set to play," and has been telling teammates he'll be active. The final test will come in pre-game warmups, but owners who have waited can count on Forte suiting up. Forte will almost certainly cede a greater amount of work than usual to Michael Bush, but the news severely dents Bush's flex value. However, NFL.com's Albert Breer reports the Bears "don't want to overuse" Forte. Regardless, if you own both players, Forte is the stronger play. Oct 1 - 1:07 PM
  19. Agreed. This is a game we historically will lose. Big game. At night. Against a good opponent. Against a high pressure D. On the road. A win here would be a surprise to me given recent history.
