  1. If Trubisky is the competitor I believe he is, he wants to play. It's obvious that Foles has lost confidence and is seeing ghosts. He needs to sit for a while. He can be your backup the next couple of years since you have to pay him anyway but he is not the starter. Peace
  2. Sadly, I agree. It is time to move on but I am not sure given the current situation that ownership will see it this way (i.e. economic status due to Covid). Peace
  3. Isn't that spread over 3 years so it's actually 8 million a year which is not bad for an experienced backup. In the end, you keep him around the next 2 years as the vet backup to whomever you draft. I'd rather have him than Daniels on the bench. Peace

Nagy has never run away from blame. He always has said the team has to be better and that starts with him. Peace

I'd trade our 3rd rounder for him and use the 1st 2 rounds on o-linemen. Peace

If you're going to fire Nagy, then Pace has to go as well. No way he deserves another turn hiring a head coach. The Bears do not fire coaches in season - they just don't. If they did, they would have fired Aaron Kromer in 2014. I think you have to see how the rest of the season plays out. If they fall apart completely, then I would not have an issue with them moving on. Peace
  7. No Whitehair for sure (ruled out) and mostly likely no Robinson (doubtful). Peace
  8. Projecting 3 6th round comp picks. https://247sports.com/nfl/chicago-bears/Article/Updated-look-at-projected-Chicago-Bears-2021-compensatory-picks-146725461/ Peace
  9. Does this mean we are getting a 6th for him? We traded him for a conditional 6th. Peace
  10. They can activate Harris off the practice squad this weekend and do not have to waive anyone (new rule this year) so I think you'll see that. Personally, I'd love to see them waive Ginn and be done with it. Peace
  11. I agree with a lot of this. 1. Ginn should be gone this week. He's a waste of a roster spot. 2. Foles was supposed to have a beautiful deep ball but has missed on a wide open receiver at least 4 times since taking over the job. Mooney should have 2 to 3 more TDs. 3. How did Mustiphar look replacing Whitehair? Can we have him take over at center and slide Whitehair back to left guard (if healthy)? 4. Why is Harris getting more playing time/targets than Kmet? This should change immediately. 5. Two of the first three picks next year need to be on offensive line. Massie and Leno have to go next year. 6. At least we have solved the kicking situation. Peace
  12. The offensive line is a dumpster fire. If Whitehair is out for long, it will only get worse. Peace
  13. Jenkins was activated a couple weeks ago and should be able to help. Peace

Agreed 100% - I've also been saying they should hire FT referees, who are much younger, for years. Peace
  15. Quoting Al Davis - Just win, baby! Matt Nagy is a heck of a head coach. I wish he would hand over the play calling to someone else. Peace

I've been saying this for years - the refereeing in the NFL is the worst of any professional sport and it's not even close. Peace
  17. The Panthers are horrible against the run. Run the damn ball 30+ times in this game. Peace
  18. Two different topics but here are my thoughts: - ARob over A Miller. We can let Miller go after next season if he doesn't break thru. We have Wims, Ridley and Mooney ready to step up. ARob is a #1 receiver in the league that doesn't have the baggage like Brandon Marshall and can stay on the field unlike Alshon J. Pay him. - Lamar Miller over Le'Veon Bell. Bell's gonna want the rock and will bitch when he doesn't get it. We do not need the baggage. Peace

How does Matty P still have a job? He's a horrible head coach. Peace
  20. I saw this earlier. Great breakdown. Peace

I would say that no one is complaining about Graham's contract now. He looks 5 years younger. Peace
  22. I love Nagy the head coach. I'm not impressed with Nagy the play caller. I compare him to Joe Maddon. He was great get the team ready, keeping an even keel and making them know they can win at any time. He was bad managing his pitching staff. Peace

On another note Jaylon Johnson looks fantastic. Getting that type of production out a rookie is a huge bonus. Peace

Four games in. Relax. I am going to say he is probably going to have 25 to 30 catches by the end of the season. Peace

Holtz did well in the FB role last year. Peace
