I believe Cutler's contract is such that they can cut him at any time before the season and all they would have to do is pay a $2 million dollar buy out. Restructuring his contract would most likely mean giving him more guaranteed money and I cannot see them doing that. Pace should try to trade him for something, anything, or just release him when convenient. You do not want him taking away snaps from QBs you plan on keeping on the roster. Peace

What about Mike Glennon or Landry Jones? They are both free agents. Anyone interested? Peace
  3. Looks like we are 3, 36, 67 with San Fransisco's loss. Peace
  4. The Bears select? Peace
  5. Agreed. Peace
  6. Screw the refs at this game. They are simply horrible. Peace
  7. Turnovers have killed this team on both sides of the ball. I liked Barkley until he became a turnover machine. Unfortunately, he has worked his way off the team. Personally, I don't want Hoyer back. He can't complete a pass over 25 yards. Players on the field today that I don't care to see anymore: - Harold Jones-Whatever: He sucks - Adrian Amos: Does not create turnovers. He goes. - Sam Acho: He's only on the roster because we are decimated by injury. - Logan Paulson: Another game, another hold. Please get rid of him. - Matt Barkley: Love his personality but he turns the ball over way too much for his skill level. This is just a starting point. Peace
  8. Agreed 100% Peace

Dave Toub is who I want as the next head coach. He should have been hired instead of Dr. Death Peace
  10. Fox won't do that, however, and someone important is bound to get hurt (i.e. Urlacher in a previous year-ending meaningless game against the Queens). Peace
  11. I would trade our second round pick for him - that would be it. Peace
  12. I'm good with this. Make it so. Peace

It is imperative we get another offensive coordinator in here to do that Loggins is not the answer. Peace

What would you be willing to give up for Kirk Cousins? Would you give up our first round pick and Jeffery? How about our first round pick this year and next year? Peace

Howard has played great. Would love to see him break the Bears rookie rushing record next week. Peace
  19. Agreed 100%. I noticed Jonathan Banks was in the game. Give him and Hall more snaps this next week. Peace

Since we are most likely moving on from Cutler, I strongly believe we should tag Alshon for 1 more year. This gives us a chance to see if White can amount to anything next year. I don't see letting Alson go as an option. Peace

Cam Merideth has 62 receptions for 827 yards and 4 TDs. He is your #3 receiver next year. Peace

From the Tribune: Silver lining: Saturday's loss at least temporary pushed the 3-12 Bears up to No. 3 in the draft order for April. Because of strength-of-schedule tiebreakers, the Bears will pick behind the 49ers (2-11) and Browns (1-13). With one week left in the season, the Bears can't move any higher on the draft board. With a win next week over the Vikings, they could drop as low as No. 6 depending on what the Jaguars, Jets and Rams do and how their respective schedule strengths sort out. Peace
  23. This sounds just like Derrick Rose with the Bulls. I have no issues with them parting ways with him. Peace

Turf toe. That won't take long to heal. He has played his last down as a Bear. Peace
