  1. Needed a DT. They got the DT they felt best fit their needs. Peace

    Kyle Fuller, CB

I have no issues with the pick. One of the draft magazines I had compared him to Peanut. This was a position of need. Peace
  3. Agreed - great strategy. Peace
  4. I didn't compare him to Urlacher and I never would. Peace
  5. He's a Bear and he is busting his arse trying to improve. I am 100 percent in his corner. Let's hope he turns it around and we see value from the pick. Peace
  6. Happy Easter, everyone! Peace
  7. I would like to see them take the two best players available on defense in the first two rounds. Peace
  8. I loved it when it was Saturday and Sunday. I spent the entire weekend engrossed in it. Now it's just not as much fun to me. Peace
  9. Sounds like Mannelly will be back if healthy. Peace http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...,0,563416.story

    Great news

I really think it is in poor taste to celebrate the injury of one of our players. Conte had a bad year last year, but so did the entire defense. How many times did a running back break through to the 3rd level untouched? I, for one, am hoping he can turn it around and salvage his career with us. It is better for the Bears if our draft picks are successful. Peace

    Great news

    This 100%. Peace
  13. It's good to see him step up and compliment his former team. He even mentioned that he talked with George McKaskey. Hopefully they will work something out. Peace
  14. They didn't offer Hester a contract. They were not interested in him playing for the team anymore. Why would they negotiate with him? It's been over a year. The Bears organization wants to honor Urlacher. He needs to be a mature adult and sit down and talk with them. Peace
  15. #54 won't be retired. The Bears have said they will not be retiring anymore #s. Besides #50 and #99 should go first if they did. Peace
  16. Whenever you see "I" in a published piece, it is normally a column which is an expression of opinion. I'm curious about what you think he is lying about. Peace
  17. I didn't quote him. I posted a link to his column. Anyone who works in the press has a certain amount of work, that is topical, that they have to complete each day/week/etc. This is what he was doing. Peace
  18. When it comes the Bears, I am not media. I don't cover the NFL unless were talking Bulaga who went to one of the four high schools I cover. Peace

  20. When I say past his prime, I meant he was no longer the superstar he once was. I still think he is a viable return man but the way the position has been devalued I don't see him worth more than the vet minimum. The only returner I see being worth more that vet minimum is one who is above average and can reliably play another position or Hester in his prime. Peace
  21. I never said he wasn't good anymore. I said he wasn't worth more than the veteran minimum - there is a difference. Peace
