Some people getting fired/cut
Conte and Wright will have to be addressed in the offseason. Peace

On Devin
The thanks was the huge arse contract that Angelo gave him. Urlacher was offered more than the vet minimum and they gave him a thank you a few years back when they extended him in the middle of his contract. Peace
-
If Cutler's season is over, what do you do next year?
That's what I've heard. Hope you are doing well, Pix! Peace

You know what its like to get tased in the balls??? Peace

Get another quarterback somehow. Peace

On Devin
First, let me say it has been a joy watching him all these years and I am glad he tied the return touchdown record today. That being said, he has clearly lost a step and I would not pay him more than the veteran minimum next year to return. Peace

Conte sucks
He has really regressed this year. Going to have to make a change if he can't turn it around. Peace
-
Bears @ Redskins, 10/20/13
If Culter does not play another snap this year, I would say he is done. No way you can give a big contract to someone who can't stay healthy. Peace
-
Pondering Ponder
I really want us to draft a QB this year to develop (third round or lower). Peace

Correct. Look at Green Bay: Favre then Rodgers? How the hell is that fair???? Peace
-
Marvin Austin anyone?
Haynesworth like? Then no. I would be interested to see who are the DTs on their practice squad. Peace

It is true in Urlacher's own words. I am not being dishonest. http://espn.go.com/chicago/nfl/story/_/id/...e-chicago-bears Peace

Everything I read and heard in the media is Urlacher was offered a contract from the Bears around 2 million a year. Please show me where I am wrong on this. Peace

Agreed on this. Peace

Gould vs Hester
Gould has actually made 12 in a row from 50 yards which ties the NFL record with Blair Walsh on the Vikings. Peace

I believe your point was that Emery pulled the trigger too soon on Url. My point is there was no trigger to pull. He offered Url a contract that they felt was fair given his age and skill level and Url turned it down. Url is the reason he is not on the team. Not Emery. Peace

This. He is done. Great player in his time but it was clear last year he had lost a step. The Bears offered him a contract. He turned it down because he thought he could get more. He did not. Again, he is done. Peace

Our D sucks
Pure conjecture (as was my statement . I'll remove 'good' from my statement. They made him an offer (after paying him a crap load of money previously plus extending him when they didn't have to). He did not find any other offers on the market and is now not playing. Again, they didn't pull the trigger on anything. He rejected their offer. How much more would they have had to offer him to stay???? We have no idea but since there was no market for him, they did the right thing by not offering him more. Peace

Our D sucks
The team??? The team offered him a contract that was obviously more than fair and he rejected it. They moved on. Brian did not receive another offer he felt was acceptable. That's hardly pulling the trigger too soon. Peace

BIZARRO WORLD!!!
Injuries on defense are killing us. As mentioned before, we are actually 5 DTs down. I would say try to find a trading partner for a DT. They are lucky to have won but they did win. Peace

Torn ACL for DT Nate Collins
Defense, in general, has to be the priority in FA and the draft. Peace
-
Observations
I agree on Peppers. If Melton has an ACL tear, he's not getting 8 million a year next year. He should have signed a long term deal. A win is a win. Peace

Great article on Trestman
