Goodbye, Brian
I met Url in training camp his rookie year and I don't think he would do that. I think he is extremely frustrated about the team, his injury and the looming end of his career and it has boiled over. Take it out on the media all you want but don't take it out on your fans. Peace

Goodbye, Brian
Well said. Thank you. Peace

Goodbye, Brian
I've never shied away from speaking my mind and I can respect him for doing that. However, as a fan I vehemently disagree with the assertion that I shouldn't boo my team. If I had access to Urlacher I would tell him that. Peace

Goodbye, Brian
I never said I cheer him on as a favor. I cheer when they are winning. However, when they lose 5 out of 6 games, when they can't get a touchdown from the 5-yard line, when they burn their timeouts before the last 5 minutes of the fourth quarter, when they can't stop two fourth down plays greater than 5 yards, when they drop passes, when they give up a sack with 5 offensive linemen blocking two defensive players, when they continue to get offensive penalties, etc... I am going to boo them. If Urlacher doesn't like it, I suggest he hang 'em up. Peace

Goodbye, Brian
Fans boo in every city. They pay for their tickets and have every right to boo. Brian can say whatever he wants but I don't have to respect him for it and I don't. This city has shown him a lot of love through the years and as his career comes to an end in Chicago he has basically told us to take our opinions and stick it. Peace

Goodbye, Brian
Yes, I actually watched the interview and as a long time Bear fan and season ticket holder I was offended. Peace
-
Goodbye, Brian
Let me add that I guarantee someone from the organization met with Brian and told him he should not be criticizing the fans. I'm sure the organization was not happy it about it. Peace

Goodbye, Brian
I guess I could sell my season tickets every year (for profit) but I don't because I believe in supporting the team in good times and bad. I do not have to support a player who out right criticizes me. I remember Cutler criticizing the fans for no being quiet when we are in the red zone and I agree with him on that. If he criticized the fans for booing the team or called us stupid, that is a different story. Peace

Goodbye, Brian
Actually I was at my computer in the kitchen but what the hell does that have to do with anything. I have been a season ticket holder for 10 years. I have paid the Bears organization several thousands of dollars each year for my seats. I damn well have the right to criticize one of their players who said I have no idea what I'm talking about and implied I shouldn't boo the team. Peace

The Jeffery OPI calls
They had a former referee on the radio this morning and he said two of the three were legit. He said on the other the defender grabbed Jeffrey's facemask and it appeared Jeffrey was reacting to that. Peace

GoodBye
1. bad clock management 2. bad use of the challenge flag 3. he's hired 4 offensive coordinators (who gets that opportunity?) 4. blind loyalty to crappy players from his past (Pace, Archuletta) 5. 0-7 in December the last 2 seasons Peace

Goodbye, Brian
After his quotes on the Final Word last night about the media and the fans, he can go. Paraphrasing - "Our fans are the only fans in the division that boo their team." "Two people I don't care about - the fans and the media. They obviously don't know what they are talking about." Goodbye, Brian. Go fxxk yourself. Peace

Marshall calls out team in presser
They should have had 6 more points but their field goal kicker is crap. They were 7 for 17 on third down and converted 2 fourth down plays over 5 yards. I said the o-line is junk. I think it was 2nd and goal at the 2 and 3rd and goal at the 1. I agree it was inexcusable. Peace

Marshall calls out team in presser
I'm not sure what to think on Cutler. I would not sign him to an extension this offseason. I would wait until the 2013 offseason and make a decision then. Jeffrey is a rookie. WRs usually take a couple of years to get it (yeah, there are exceptions). I am confident he will be much better next year. The Bears lost today because the defense could not get off the field on third down and our offensive line is a dung heap. Peace

Pete Carroll started in the NFL where he failed originally. Peace

I agree Lovie has to go but no way in hell do you hire a college coach. Sabin, Spurrier, Butch Davis, Petrinos, etc. - all of the fail on the next level. Peace
-
this MESS starts right at the very top of this franchise
They will not be able to sell the team until Virginia passes. Peace

Lovie Smith = Wayne Fontes?
LOL!
-
Lovie Smith = Wayne Fontes?
Fontes was 1-4 in the playoffs. Smith is 3-3. He went to a Superbowl. I am not defending Lovie. I think he should be gone. However, just looking at the #s, he was a better head coach than Fontes. Peace

Gould IR'd
I confused your post with Mad's. Sorry about that. Peace
-
Lovie Smith = Wayne Fontes?
Fontes didn't take his team to the Superbowl. Peace

Gould IR'd
Those quotes have nothing to do with passion. They are just quotes we all see as BS. I am ready for Lovie to go. All the other scapegoats have been removed. Its time for him to take the fall. Peace
-
Gould IR'd
Who cares what passion Kap shows? I like him but he's a show host/reporter. I don't care about passion. I care about winning. We've had this discussion several times before. Peace

Gould IR'd
New rule this year allows a team to take one player off of IR. Not saying I would use that on a kicker - just noting the rule. Peace
