  1. This is the basis of the cover-2 which they actually play less than 50% of the time. You have to generate pressure from the front 4. Personally, I wouldn't call it gutless - it is just part of the scheme. Peace
  2. Happy Christmas and Merry New Year!!!!!!! Peace
  3. I will respectfully disagree. Hester is a great player - the greatest returner ever but I find it extremely hard to compare him to other positions that are on the field for 60 to 70 plays a game. Further, I would find it difficult to place him in the top 10. Here are some of the names I would consider before him: Payton Sayers Luckman Hampton Butkus Ditka Nagurski George Turner Singletary Urlacher Also, you can't compare contributions of Cutler to Hester in terms of wins. This is Hester's 5th year on the team and Cutler's second. Again, Hester is the greatest returner ever and their is really no arguing that point. I simply have a hard time saying he would be considered top 10 of all time. Peace
  4. You are correct sir!!!!!! Peace
  5. He got exactly what he deserved. Should have simply quit after the last injury but probably wanted the check for the rest of the year. Peace
  6. What an absolute POS. He was ruled out yesterday and in today? I agree with a previous poster that I smell a rat. Nice to see Wooten get his first sack on Favre. Hopefully, that is the last we ever see of him. Peace
  7. Doug Flutie size - thanks for the info. Peace
  8. Just an FYI - He is the same listed height as Drew Brees. Peace
  9. Good for Rex. I wish him well. Peace

I never said eeked but I would say earned. Eeked, IMHO, would be winning in the final week of the season. Peace
  11. He's a douche bag. Peace

Health is part of the game. If the Bears win the division, they will have earned it. The five game winning streak came at the right time. Peace
  13. The game was over at halftime - 33-0. We will have to agree to disagree. IMHO the Pats are playing at a different level than the Bears. The only way we would have a chance is if Brady got hurt. Peace
  14. The Patriots would beat this team 10 out of 10 times. Peace

Ding, ding, ding. On the nose. Peace
  16. Ditka was at his best when his coordinators were good. He had the most experienced coaching staff in the league when he was hired. Peace
  17. I will be there. I hear the wind may be up to 45 mph. A couple of years ago, I friend of mine from work brought ski goggles for himself and his son for the Packers game that had the really bad wind. Peace
  18. That's one big mamma jamma. Peace
  19. I can't understand why anyone cares what these goofballs say. Just worry about the team and how they play. Peace
  20. http://blogs.suntimes.com/bears/2010/12/ti...nee_scoped.html Peace
  21. Great post Noots - thanks. A win is a win but they will have to play a hell of a lot better next week to beat NE. Peace
  22. Thanks for clarifying. That is really what I meant to say. Peace
  23. Who cares what they say. Worry about the team, not the analysts. They are paid to be controversial. Peace
  24. Meanwhile, Jauron Gilbert is a on a practice squad somewhere. Looks like the Melton pick turned out being positive. Peace
