Thank you, that was a great video. The offense is an orchestra and Ben Johnson is the master conductor. Watching players be where they need blocking, faking a route then blocking down field where the RB ends up. This scheme caught one of the best D Coordinators off guard and made his D look foolish. It might take the league some catching up.

They finally have talented players and coaches that know how to exploit a D. I heard a former player say the Bears run multiple blocking concepts which is difficult for our players to understand their assignments. Maybe why the slow start. Wide and inside zone, 12 man, 13 man, play-action, counters, all leaving the Defense clueless on whats coming. Lets say Caleb is about 50% there on his potential scale, next year he will be closer to 100%. He gets his feet right and his accuracy will improve.

I have a feeling Cunningham might want to stick around one more year. Unless of course his dream team/job calls. He may not be getting jobs because he prices himself high to not be hired by Jacksonville.

Ahhh, 1st place in the NFC. Feels good to see some fruition of Poles taking hold of this team. Some ugly moves early but he pounced when the Carolina opportunity came and we are not looking back.

The KC / DAL game was the battle of ex Bear HCs. Nagy vs Flus.

No one knows what the Bears will do. The draft build route wont net that high level pass rush threat for a couple years. I would only make this type of trade this offseason if the Bears are a playoff team. The player would have to be a Maxx Crosby level pass rusher, some one that would lift the D to that elite level. Two 1sts picking 22 or after for two years will never bring a player of Crosbys stature for 2026 and 2027 season . The cap hit will hurt having a player like that compared to 2 late round rookies but its SB or bust. Attached is a draft with an edge/de that might be available.

What the Bears 12 man personal did was take Tomlin out of his Defensive game plan. The game of chess forced the OLB/Edges to cover instead of attack. The Bears came a long ways to get their offense to click, but we are starting to see it come together. Once Caleb figures out his touch on ball velocity and improved accuracy, this offense will be hard to beat. Trapilo played a good game against some tough competition. It would be a huge relief if he takes the spot and locks its down for a decade. Newman played for Jonah when he went down and played good as well.

Says you, that is fine but thats only your opinion. If the Bears are going to be contenders, they need a legit pass rusher an dont be surprised if they go out and get one. Poles is known for making moves.

Im a draft guy, but id take Max Crosby over two first round drafted players. Half our guys dont become that type of difference maker. TJ Watt just took over this game.

He was a nice addition and made the most out of his opportunity. Id keep him around with all the injuries we seem to see with this team.

The Bears will be contenders if they have that pass rush star like Crosby. Id trade Kmet, our first, and next years first for him. He would come to Chicago in a minute if he thought they were contenders. The Bears might have 1 year until Caleb's pay day, the Bears wont waste it.

This game comes down to HC/OC Ben Johnson playing it simple. Run, run, throw. He has two good TEs and a RB that can fight and another that can exploit. Many FGs are what I see

Poles will add a pass rusher, like Max Crosby, next season if the Bears continue to squeak the Ws in. If we are drafting 20+, I'd trade our 1st and next year's and throw in a high contract player to help free up cap. We'd use that pick on one anyways and at 20, they need a lot of development.

Drafted by Detroit in the 4th, he has some history with BJ. He adds depth to the thin LB Corp especially with Sewell talking some beatings lately.

Sounds like Caleb/BJ talked about his timing and roll outs today. Caleb keeps rolling because he feels he can see the field better. They want him to try to get away from that and find a spot he can step up and make a throw before getting to the boundary. They are always challenging him and he is willing to work. I enjoy that the reporters can ask concerning questions and get real answers back.
