They need to get a defense to have a shot of repeating, especially winning the top/#1 schedule. We may have a good offense, but cannot rely on 4th qtr heroics every game especially against better opponents. Receivers need to catch and Caleb needs to read the field like he does with 2-3 minutes left.

I feel pretty good with Odunze, Burden, and Walker if DJ is moved. Draft another later and sign someone with better hands than zaccheous. With all the drops by all the receivers, they need to spend the offseason together taking Caleb's bullets. I love Randell El, but he needs to work harder getting his WR hands stickier.

I'd prefer to move on from Swift instead of more years. Seems like he dogged it until Monongai showed us what can be done. They also switched up the run scheme. If a 7th round rookie can light it up, imagine a top tier prospect with speed.

Kelce said he may retire, dont blame him since Mahomes could miss time. Because he signed an extension doesnt mean he cant retire. He can make as much or more on TV and KC was awful this season. If DJ stays great, but they need to re-work his money. If he knew his assignment and hustled, he'd be a hero again and we'd be talking Seattle.

I really liked Tankathons last draft. Pick one might be better getting a 3T, like Christian Miller, Ga. I might be greedy and take Alex Singleton RB if there rd 3. He seems like a good fit to replace Swift in time. But I'd be happy getting a NT like Corleone. 1- TJ Parker DE 2- Dillon Theineman S 3- Dontay Corleone DT 4- Alex Harkey OT

Which position will make the most impact. A DE/DT can help the DBs. I doubt any hybrid ILB/edge rushers fall that far, but DA is a LB guy. That Reese from OSU is going to go top 10 if not higher. Id like to see a 3T, but that makes Dexter a player who needs to transition to NT and he may not be stout enough to plug that gap.

Nice breakdown Adam. The Bears have some difficult decisions to make. The easiest is DJ to me. His is clutch when he wants, but moving his cap to a DE/DT that can make a difference will help balance the team. Kmet might get the home town hardball thrown at him bc i believe he will do what he can to stay and the Bears know it. I am excited to see this offseason. If the Caleb and the WRs both take another step at their deficiencies, we could be holding off these talks.

Get Kiran prepared for the job and Thuney as insurance. Kiran either steps up or steps out. Hate to see him bust. Wish his dad never ran into Flus at the golf course.

For sure, I can see a one year extension but not long term. He played great tonight but wasn't any where near like this all year.

DE and DT come to mind for 1 and 2 and a S round 3. I dont see Billings back, think Dexter can handle nose? The need at LT stinks bc we have resources. This is Kirans time to rise, of Ozzy can do it he can too. We need Ozzy back ASAP, but feel it could be into next season.

Man, LT Ozzy Trapilo was a freaking diamond. Sucks his chances of playing again is like a coin flip. I pray it isn't as bad and he can return to form. With that said, do they draft another. You must not live in illinois. We are under a communist rule that would rather see the state and team die than give it life. The 100 million prop taxes is BS, when LA Rams are like paying 8. I dont want to see them move but once this state has nothing, maybe the voters will wake up but doubtful.

The Bears were only asking for help with roads. I dont know how the state cant accept those terms. Looks like Indiana is more than willing, they are also a smart state and you see manufacturing up and down the highways. Illinois is a graveyard compared.
