Gotta think this is more about 'body of work' not just what he's (Baker) doing this year. If you consider how he stumbled out of the blocks (himself a 1st round overall pick) and since playing for the Bucs (some years later) he's gotten them to the playoffs the first two years he's been there and gotten a Pro Bowl nod for the first time, that weighs heavily I would think.

Was watching a recap on You Tube and a few questions came up. 1). Moore injured his shoulder in yesterday’s game . This after injuring his groin a few games back and another before that? Should it be time to let him rest maybe a game or two (similar to what they did with Swift)? Let Burden come in as #3 and once Moore is nearer 100, kick Zaccheus to #4 or lower. 2). With the Bears defensive backfield struggling and once Gordon returns, would it be good to have him play NB and push CJ to one of the corner spots (maybe where Wright is)? The podcast suggested Gordon go to corner but I don’t know that he’s got any experience there. Pretty sure Gardner has. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great entertaining come from behind win. Aside from the Dallas game the Bears haven’t been dominant ALL GAME so far. Need a lot to clean up late in the season with some solid teams ahead on the calendar. Rest up guys, way to play all 60 minutes. Now get back to work and make us proud.

My guess it was the view the official saw. They said in the game it was one of the DB refs calling it . Here’s what was show on the replay.

Yes and earlier in the season when they were making all those TOs the offense did little with it. Hopeful that’ll change this drive.

For me it’s about 50/50 dropped passes and play calling - post scripted pass attempts by the QB. Giants have been pretty solid in the middle where Monangai does better. Meanwhile Dennis Allen and his large grade colander defense allow Dart in unmolested.

Johnson making good in-game adjustments with more outside zone running. Swift being the beneficiary. So far Giants have been stiff in the middle.

Started out (scripted plays) looking good but as has been the case most of the year, sputter when in the RZ. Still looking decent between the 20s. so far it looks like the Giants are +1 on pass RZ competitions(?). Adam?

Like Olsen said I think he’s right in that most teams will go for it when in that 45-45 yard zone and short yardage to go. Especially when most defenses are struggling like both the Giants and Bears are. Chicago looks balmy to me. It’s 19F / -9C where Im at. 🥶

Greg Olsen is probably one of the best if not the best color commentators currently. We should have never traded him. 🤣
