  1. I guarantee you, Mosely will have a impact over any CB drafted on our team THIS year. A CB will see some time but will not be playing ahead of Tillman or Jennings.
  2. Im with Donald, but I know he wont be there. either safety or I want Mosely, he is a stud LB, will enhance any team he goes too. Why CB when you have been selling the depth theory? So if Greene, Bostic and SCM are our LBers , your good with that? Briggs has issues, Williams is an injury waiting to happen. I think Mosely is a potential, all star type LB, only Bostic has any inclination of that happening and that will be at Briggs spot.
  3. When I stated little depth for LB I should have unproven. Briggs, is a staple IF HEALTHY, and with Williams, and Bostic and SCM for the sam , were ok. but that all falls to shit,if Williams gets hurt again(hasnt played a full season since 2010)., and Briggs never recovers from the surgery he had last year. I suppose if we do draft Mosely, if will tell us that the Briggs situation is more questionably than we thought.
  4. I see that happening, a player that is rated around here with great upside, is exactly things that they do.
  5. I think they cover everything. The way I look at it: If the season started today, do we have decent starters at every position? We have our CBs back that started the last few years. Are they old and have injuries questions, of course, but if the season started today we have competence at all positions. S? we brought in a few people, as of today our starters would be Conte(coming back from injury) and Mundy at the SS position. I think we need a starter here, if Conte comes back strong, we might be ok, but we cant answer that. One S needs to be added to the mix that could start. DE- we have starters and depth, so would not need to address this position at all. DT- we have starters and little depth. We definitely need to add here.I think the age and injury concerns makes this a strong consideration everywhere in the draft. LB- We have starters but little depth, we have to add here. We have an aging former all pro, who's a pud, but when good on the field is a big contributer. He is not all the way back from injury which could change everything we do. So we need a high round pick at S,DT,CB, and LB. I think we take the best players on the board that fills those needs. S-HaHa,Pryor,Ward, and Pryor are the only potenial first day starter in the draft. I would like one of them, which would have to be in the first two rounds. DT- There is some depth in the draft here so in any of the first 4 rounds , I would be ok with who ever we got. CB- We need to add youth and depth, as SCS as stated, there is depth at this position, so we could get prospects anywhere in the first 5 rounds. LB- We only need a MLB prospect because I believe our starters at the OLB spots are on the team. This is marginal but we could get a potenial starter thru the first 4 rounds. If Donald is there, I think that is our choice. Personally I think he will be gone. Everybody else in the league sees what we see. I think our first pick will be a S or Mosely. Why I keep bringing up MLB spot is , he would start from day one and be a leader and take us into the next Bears LB to fuss over. 1-Mosely/LB So at two we take Ward or Bucannon. 3rd with the depth at CB I think we grab our DT here, names to consider Quarles,Ferguson,Jones, Johnson. 4th- here is where we grab a CB-Desir is a name that keeps coming up, also Gaines, Reynolds,Huff, Exum 5th-we grab a RB, names to look at White,Johnson,Grice, or Crowell 6th round gets us QB and TE prospects, I like Wennings and Lyerla here. Mosely ends up being our suprise pick of which Im sure most dont agree with, but I will grow to love it as will you.
  6. Sorry to be late to the party but I had a date tonight.(actually I like vaginas better than this) but not by much. Cleveland takes Bridgewater/QB Waiting until now paid off, I got my QB here. New Orleans is up for drafting.SCS
  7. That replaces Johnson for them, that makes sense.
  8. To make that move it would cost more than that. If there is action on Donald, we wont be the only ones going after that pick or another and exchanging a 3 and 5 is chum change.
  9. Lovie was the power source on the team Emery was forced to buy into. He had no choice but to go along with Lovie as the year developed. He has some responsibility but Lovie was entrenched in the control of the team, and he just went with the flow. With new coaches coming in and a couple vets brought in to be LBers, just didnt make sense at the time when he showed some promise in a limited role. It became a disaster as the season progressed on and cant really change positions in mid season, so he sucked.
  10. It always bothers me when a player doesnt have a non-stop motor, and doesnt always work hard at his craft. I think there are better choices in the second round at DT when Sutton would have been picked.
  11. Arizona takes with the 20th pick-Anthony Barr/OLB- the guy is a consistent top 10 thought of player and they grab the best player on the board. Green Bay (Jason) are now on the clock.............
  12. The Bears brought in Darius Reynaud/RB formally of somebody. I think he was with the Titans for awhile. A potential KR/backup RB
  13. The best at predicting the draft get maybe 7 right, its all a crab shoot.
  14. With the 16th pick Dallas takes Louis Nix III-They desperately need a DE but Ealy is not a good valve at this spot so they get a NT to plug the middle of there defense along with Melton. Adam is now on the clock
  15. For somebody that states he doesnt follow other teams, you seem to be on top of your picks.
  16. I agree, they need to many players to load up on one position.
  17. Mocks are just unrealistic dreaming, there never even close to being accurate, but there fun.
  18. If you go by the trade valve chart, it would take a 2nd,3rd, and 4th to equal the valve of the 14th pick
  19. Its a no brainer, protect Ryan- and that is Greg Robinson/OT Its the leaders turn-Adam
  20. There is a question mark on every QB in this draft, I aint wasting a #4 on possible busts
  21. This was off of NFL mock drafts-and here we go 1st round-traded with SF and get 30th,2nd,3rd,and 4th(I actually believe this will happen) our first pick is Donald/DT-seems unrealistic that he drops to 30th, but hell, Im game 2nd-a Bucannon/S - a potential starter his first year. 2nd-b Borland/MLB- absolutely a need for our team.-toughtackler,high motor 3rd-a Breeland/CB-tough, long, with a attitude 3rd-b Fuergson/DT- a nose tackle prospect-DL is now completely rebuilt 4th-a Hampton/CB- good STs player his first year with room to grow 4th-b Sims/RB- now we start with O backup depth 5th Latimer/WR - a big WR ---why not stock up 6th Savage/QB- a new victim for our guru QB whisperer 6th Jensen/TE- we now have filled every position of need HE SHOOTS-HE SCORES I take this draft in a heartbeat.
  22. Im not sure but are all the QBs gone already?
  23. Worked late- so I now make Watkins/WR my Brown pick. They have a decent defense they add Watkins to Gordon with a stud TE, offense will have the arrow pointing up. Oakland and Jason are now on the clock......
  24. Donald is the best pass rushing DT in the draft. His height gives him leverage with taller players. THE only problem I see with him is he wont be stout against the run. I have watched tons of tape on him, and he just doesnt hold up well with that aspect of the game. He is not my first choice, mainly because I dont think he will be there when we pick. Its like saying we should get Cloweny, unrealistic. Because of all the accolades afforded him, somebody will grab him before us. Thats why I am routing for Pryor, and would be happy with several at that spot. HaHa,Gilbert, and my secret wish Mosely. Mosely is one of the top players in this draft and would love if we ended up with him. He is going to be an impact player for who ever drafts him, and wouldnt mind routing for a stud MLB playing for the Bears. We have had a few at that position.
  25. He was terrible last year, but since he is still on the team, I root for him to look like 2012 Conte, not great but not terrible.
