My point, I get it he's screwed up many times, every coach makes mistakes, I now have strike one . He is not trending well BUT we have 10 games left to play. Its early. He's not getting fired anytime soon. Enjoy your misery.

We have short memories. Last yeat in the NFC title game , the great Dan Campbell went several times on 4th downs and failed. That lost them a chance to go to a SB. His defense was (that's how we got here) Every HC and OC screw up.

In the Houston game last night DeMarco Ryan and Slovek ran a play at the goalline where Joe Mixon threw a failed pass to CJ Stroud. They lost the game. Should they be fired? This moring the media are talking about (the play) again saying the Bears wont let it die. The media keeps asking the questions that keep this goaline play alive instead of moving on to the very important game Sunday. After 5 days of beating everybody up, they just cant let it go. What am I missing here? Everybody keeps it up making everybody feel bad over a loss. I felt bad for 2 days and decided to gain my positive attitude and remember we have a very good defense, A potential top 5 QB and have a WINNING record. Do I need to start looking for a rope ? Apparently the future is dead.

You have always been consistent with your opinion, I am mainly speaking to the people that flip every other week because we win or lose.
-
Have what ever opinion you want but he aint going anywhere until after the season is over. We just won 3 games in a row and lost to a good team with a miractle play . We now have the worst coach in the league, really? IF we win the next 2 games it will put us in a really good spot to possibly get a playoff spot. If he wins 10-11 games, I doubt he's gets fired. He's not Harbaugh or Shanahan or Reid. If he loses more than he wins, he will be gone. I thought the most important mission this year was the developement of Caleb. Poles drafted him, Flus gave him the job without a competition, and thrown the whole playbook at him right away. I think everyone would agrees he is getting better. I'm going to let this play out and let the season determine whether Flus stays, Waldron stays, or Caleb keeps developing . Poles aint getting rid of Flus. no matter how much fans complain. Enjoy the ride. We got better at the end of last year, and still have a winning record. The meteor isn't hitting the Earth this week. (According to Aaron Rodgers).

Vikings trade for LT Cam Robinson for 3rd day draft compensation

Definitely would have helped our depth. Making 21 mil for this year at 29 years old. His complaint is not aggresive and lack of focus.(Nate Davis) PFF ranked as 48th graded T. He is ranked higher than Braxton. -
I was being sarcastic. Everyone on X today that was preaching doom and gloom, that's what I posted.

The way it sounds we are now in the running for the worst record. Terrible coach, terrible OC, clearly we picked the wrong QB, Daniels is playing much better. Trade Caleb get 2 or 3 first round picks. New coach, new OC, and new QB so they all can grow together.

We have a very good defense and a potential all star QB getting better. Now we have a good running game and you guys think we will lose 8 games in a row? We beat Minny and Detroit last yr with a worse roster. Can I say over reaction AGAIN?

I get the critizism, so if we are 10-7 will they fire him? Im not sure about that. i heard all the interviews and T J Edwards said it best, they need him and he needs to play Sunday. It will hurt the team if he doesnt. They all made mistakes Sunday(players), and he said the players have his back. He said they all learned from all the mistkaes made. The SCORE hosts are making out like the players are calling him out. He said the captains met yesterday and that's not true. To be honest with some of the mistakes made on Sunday, its the first time I started thinking Flus may need to go. Last year I started doing that and they went 5-3 with 2 of those loses in the end of the game and changed my mind.

What I comdemd Flus for is not calling off the Kramer play that Waldron called and not taking a TO before the last play. People are getting on him for being in Hail Mary defense on the second to last play. There was only 6 seconds left when that play started, of course you play Hail Mary. I seen a video where he was on the sidelines on that play yelling at the corners to play up closer and CW had to pull him off the field to not get a penilty. If we won, none of this would be talked about. If the Kramer play got in the end zone, everyone would be praising Waldron. Every coach has some bad calls in every game. Y The great coach Campbell lost a playoff game last year because he went for it on a 4th down and didnt get it. The great coach Dan Quinn lost the SB while in Atlanta because he passed twice at the end of the game instead of running the ball and taking time off the clock. Brady came back and won. My point is its to early to fire coaches while we have a winning record. SF 4-4 and Rams 3-4 have 2 of the best coaches in the league. I think fans need to relax a litle bit.

If we end up having a losing season then he will be gone and deserves to but ever time we lose its(fire the coach, fire the OC). Bear fans seem to want to fire by the end of quarters, not end of games. Its over reaction city all the time. Last time I checked we still have a winning record with a rookie QB. CW contributed to the loss and potenial win but that's what you get with a rookie QB. We STILL have one of the better defenses in the league that is credited to Flus. We still have a good culture, that could change if we rack up losses but we arent there yet.

Negative energy attracts negative results, thats why pushing a winning attitude is so important and having these character guys in hew locker room. It takes time . Last yeat we finished 6-3, and are 4-3. We are starting to turn the energy.

Saying they didnt like some play decisions doesnt mean he has lost the locker room. Flus has always had open dialouge with the team. This team lost all those games and hug together, a few bad play calls aint stating a mutiny. At 4-3 we can still have a winning season but if we some way lose any of the next 2 games we may be headed that way. I was the only idiot on here that said we could win 12 games. If I remember most people were 9-10 wins, we are still on course for that. JJ and DJ both said they have regular captains meetings every week. This is not the Titantic, every time it hits something its not sinking. IF we win the next 2 games 6-3 is not a bad spot to be in. I get the impression people think we are SF and favored to go the SB at 3-4. The main function this year is to develop CW and we are doing that. CW played bad so every little thing that happened got blown up. I was impressed as bad as we played we were winning with 2 seconds left. Our defense is real , Wash was the second leading scoring team in the league until they played us. At home 4 FGs is a real stat , then a miracle passing TD , and they still only scored only 18 points with that. AZ has a lot of weapons but I have no doubt they only score around 20 points. No matter what happens Flus aint being fired during the season, if he keeps making bad decisions, Poles will deal with it after the season is over.

I agree with that, he tries to be positive and avoids a Olin Kruetz moment when sometimes that's what we need. Its always a bad taste when you ponder over a lose and look to who to blame. Everyone contributed to this loss. So what positives come from this? The most important positive is CW played very bad and got it together at the end of the game, not once but twice, to give us the lead, that's a very worthy look at him playing well in prime time. No matter what happens, its about the developement of the QB. That is happens in real time for us. The injuries on the OL did not help our cause but we limped thru it.

I just watched a video where the clock operator in the last 52 seconds of the game, allowed the clock to not run on four plays that it should have been running. Literally at least allowed 12 seconds to be given to Washington to have the last drive to happen. I will try to post it when i get back from the Chiro. On one play they put 2 seconds back on the play instead of subtracting 3 to 4 seconds off of the clock. I get they some times adjust the clock in the final seconds but 4 times in 52 seconds?

The best comment ever made on Flus was your (not giving us a positive edge on winning). I like Flus but I think this is the first strike in him going away after this year. He is a great DC but leaves lots of questions on the HC job. I get he gives the OC a lot of leway on calling plays but the Kramer play should have never happened . You use that play in a blowout win, not a critical part of a must win game. CW played bad and redeemed himself at the end of the game and we couldnt even celebrate that because of the Hail Mary play.We would have much better of a team if we never had a bye week to stay focused. Clearly we were out of sorts with a week off. So does this kind of loss propel us to playing angry the rest of the year or kick our ass? Time will tell.
