  1. Wow, Thomas and Quinn. Great draft for Cleveland.
  2. I highly doubt Quinn goes to the Bears. They have other needs. There is a Quinn in every draft.
  3. 11 picks until the Bears, some names still on the board: Brady Quinn - QB Dwayne Bowe - WR Alan Branch - DT Greg Olsen - TE Robert Meachem - WR Joe Staley - OT Anthony Spencer - DE Ben Grubbs - OG Jon Beason - LB Paul Posluszny - LB
  4. Yeah, they have zero receivers. I thought it would be Meachem. Brandon Jones is their leader with 27 receptions from 2006.
  5. Why would Denver move up to get Moss? Kind of an odd move there.
  6. Probably Jacksonville.
  7. The Panthers lost some value in that trade. They pick up another 2nd rounder, but they must not have liked anyone at #14.
  8. If the Bears pick up #6, who do they pick? Quinn?
  9. Cleveland is probably 2-3 years away from competing, so they might as well lock in some cornerstone picks like Thomas. Unless someone trades up, I think he is a lock for Miami, which would be a steal for them.
  10. Brady Quinn's fall begins. Thomas is a great pick though.
  11. I can't believe the Lions would draft another 1st Round WR, even if he was the best of the bunch.
  12. No prob, took only about 30 mins. Looks like everyone is leaning towards Beason, so more than likely, he will not be picked.
  13. I just posted the final update for the Mock Draft Summary Thread. Here is a summary of the most picked: Player - Jon Beason - LB - Miami (26%) Position - Linebacker - 38% School - Miami - 36%
  14. I will have this updated one last time by tomorrow night.
  15. There are now numerous suitors for Briggs, which is a good thing. More than likely someone will pull the trigger on draft day. I can't wait...
  16. Yeah, but I think they were talking more about depth than just one or two players. You could say Urlacher alone made that draft a success.
  17. 2003 and 2004 were not too shabby either: 2003 1 Rex Grossman 2 Charles Tillman 3 Lance Briggs 4 Todd Johnson 4 Ian Scott 2004 1 Tommie Harris 2 Tank Johnson 3 Bernard Berrian 4 Nathan Vasher 4 Leon Joe
  18. Thank god it is not a Bear (minus Lance Briggs). So the next questions are: 1. What week will he get hurt? 2. What type of injury? 3. How long will he be out? 1. Week 3 in NO (dome) 2. ACL or Hamstring due to the turf 3. Out the rest of the season
  19. Yeah, good to know, because I would be pissed off with that draft. WR and TE are not even our top needs.
  20. With the 30th pick, the San Diego Chargers select Dwayne Bowe, WR, LSU. Chicago is now on the clock...........

The west coast fans catch hell watching games in the morning for noon games. (11am or 10am) I actually like the 8pm games because no other games are being played at the same time.

  23. Yeah, if he comes cheap, why not. Sometimes a change of scenery and working with a vet like Moose might help.
  24. I say 8 games. These penalties are tougher than before. Two years ago, I would say 4-6, but now 8. Especially since it was a multiple offense that included jail time.
