TalkBears Community Mock Draft 2015

The Bears select AJ Cann, OG, South Carolina.

A.J. Cann...start immediately. Picking the #1 true OG in the draft is inarguable value, and sets up the much talked about move of Long to OT.

Don't like Armistead. Shaq has question marks. Too early for QB or RB. Almost went with McKinney out of MSU, but felt Cann was a higher value. Jordan Phillips was the second choice, but his back injury history, laziness, and uncertainty on the Bears roster made the Cann pick easier to swallow.

New York Giants (Adam) on the clock.

With the 43rd pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns select Nelson Agholor, WR, USC.

The New Orleans Saints (Stinger226) are on the clock......

As much as I dont like him, if Armstead is still on the board in the second it is a no brainer.

Saints select Arik Armstead/DE(in a 3-4) Oregon.

SCS is up

By now Jason had timed out and is on auto pick correct?

Patience grasshopper. I had pressing work this morning. :)

With their second round selection, the San Francisco 49ers select Sammie Coates WR Auburn. Torrey Smith and Jerome Simpson made the brass feel a little more comfortable, but not comfortable enough. Looks like a match made in heaven since Coates has massive skills, athletic ability, and an immense ceiling.

KKD and the Dolphins are on the clock.

Over the years we have had our differences but respect for your football opinions have never been one of them and through it all you have become one of the most respected posters I follow. This pick and your reasons is spot on.

Same here and I believe that we are definetly on the same page when it comes to this team. I also believe that building on the lines is the way to go but this is not our dads NFL. I agree with your constant calling for OL but this is a different ERA.

I mistakenly thought I had been given 3 hours to pick before they stuck me on autodraft...my bad. Some type of timeframe between picks so we know what how often we need to check back would be nice.

I check morning, and after work, most evening, but if I come up during work hours- 6-4, if will sit to 4. Plumbers dont have some of the luxury some of you office folks do.

killakrzydav, the time limit is 24 hours max per pick. I don't know if you are messing with us or what? You came on to tell Jason he was late, then 12 hours later you still haven't made your pick.

With the 49th pick of the 2015 NFL draft, the KC Chiefs select....C Hronis Grasu Oregon. Grasu will replace the loss of Rodney Hudson who went to Oak and the offensive line has been addressed.

The Buffalo Bills (Adam) are now on the clock....

With the 48th pick of the NFL draft, the San Diego Chargers select:

Jordan Phillips NT Oklahoma

The Chargers add two key pieces to their 3-4 defense, Shane Ray to attack from the edge and Phillips to use his big body to tie up the middle.

Interesting proposition! That could immediately bolster their defense.

Eagles select Phillip Dorsett/WR/Miami-speed to burn, the big board I am using has him the 43 rd best player.

Oh by the way, adam, thanks for doing this, it looks like its a pain in the ass to keep up with everything.

Cinny and Mongo are up next.

Stinger, no worries, not to much trouble at this pace. It would be interesting to see how accurate we end up being. Last year we only got 1 pick completely correct (yay me).

Mongo is still on the clock....

With their 2nd round pick the Lions select Preston Smith DE, Miss. St.

Lions aren't afraid to take on a bit of a project, and they typically go BPA. Smith from what I've read and seen was very impressive when he rushed the passer from the 3 tech spot inside. He is just 271 pounds so had be a bit undersized as a full time 3 tech, but he has time to put on weight and playing next to Ngata will help in run defense.
